Well, I mean from an in-story perspective it makes sense to let Freeza go and it would make the heroes look bad for going back on their word, but it still raises eyebrows. He literally tells them he's gonna continue being evil and Goku goes "hey that's cool I'll just kick your ass again someday". Kinda makes him look like a dick who doesn't care about anyone Freeza is very likely to murder in the meanwhile. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind Goku being a self-centered dick. I like it. I just think it's kinda amusing that just no one who's important cares.

One Strip! One Strip!@lara I can buy them honouring the agreement after the TOP. Since they know he can be relied on when the stakes affecting both are high enough, they might even need his strength in the future.
But Goku even warned him not to come after him again. If he does so despite the warning, then Goku needs to kill him.

Just like most characters in DB.
Every single teacher lived far away from people and only helped Goku when he came to them.
All the Z Warriors have the skill to start teaching, but make no attempt to do so.
One Strip! One Strip!Freeza would very much use a Loophole Abuse. If he just happened to let it slip that the son of the King who exiled Paragus and Broly was on Earth and they go to attack on their own. He can just call bullshit and say "Hey, I didn't tell them to attack"
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.

I mean, after FighterZ I sorta want him to turn good and fuck Yamcha.
Maybe that's just me.
