No no, ALL of the Go D under the Top 4 are at differing levels of lazy, with Rumshi implied to be even lazier than Beerus and Champa.
It's probably because their immense power invites complacency. While I don't like the idea of Beerus being the strongest or even second strongest God of Destruction, I do like the idea that someone so powerful is incompetent.
You know what, I feel that the angels should share some of the blame for the lower-tier universes. They're supposed to be looking after the destroyers, after all. Obviously Beerus and Shin are more of a problem, but Whis isn't innocent as he almost never punishes Beerus or try to deflate his ego.
Universe 10 isn't the weakest universe in terms of fighting power. Rumsshi was just biased and chose those who looked buff and strong at a first glance or were famous, instead of actually skilled and proven fighters(Obuni being an exception)

I wonder if the angels' apathy is due to their own status making them complacent. The only problem they ever have to deal with is if their God of Destruction dies, and even then it's not clear what being inactive means
On another note, I do hope they make Broly an interesting character. I feel that they should play up the tragedy angle that the original movie hinted at. Have Broly be Ax-Crazy because he's been treated as a weapon by his father, and hates Goku and Vegeta because he's jealous they got to have a happy life and he didn't.
Indeed there are actually respectable deity’s out there.
Shame our deity’s ain’t worth their blue-ish colored skin.

About Broly their doing the tried & true method of giving him a girlfriend to add some character to him.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Once again, may I point out that Shin's so called incompetence stemmed from being forced into a job that he was not trained to take on...becuase Beerus sealed up the guy who should have been doing the job, and then slept through the massacre that could have easily killed him.
And even then, he did everything he could, but Goku and Vegeta decided their grudge match was more important than stopping Buu, and helped Buu escape.

One Strip! One Strip!Pretty much. Nothing is Shin's fault. I stand by this.
1) How did he screw over everyone?
2) Who was the other one?
One Strip! One Strip!Oh. I kinda figured Zamasu might be in there, but I forgot Rou.
Yeah. Shin's issues are inexperience, and the fact that Goku just doesn't listen to anyone about anything ever (though there are some rare occasions where he does that I'm forgetting).
That and Beerus' lazy ass means he just does what he wants too.
One Strip! One Strip!Shin's basically the Kid survivor of Buu's massacre of the Kai
Beerus being lazy and neglectful... You do have to wonder Why WHIS never checked in on the kid
Praise be to the absolute QueenI was pretty amused by how the manga took the opposite tack, with Gowasu lamenting that they didn't focus enough on getting ripped.
Shin being considered a youngling at the time of Buu's rampage reminds me of something that bugs me: can Kaioshins get stronger by training? The strongest Kaioshin also being the burliest one suggests so, as does Zamasu bothering to train in Super. This seems to extend to other gods too, as Beerus references training, and via retcon he was weaker than Buu 75 million years ago (because Elder Kaioshin said the guy who sealed him was weaker and less evil than fatty). But if they could, you'd figure that East Kaioshin would just be doing push-ups for 5 million years so he can effortlessly beat anyone. Instead he spent those 5 million years in fear of Buu and seemingly not changing in power at all.

Well if Power Gains are like Super Shin with over 5 million years of training would be... Good lord
I think the main issue is that Most people would just tire of it... I mean unlike Goku or Vegeta most people don't eat sleep and live to be stronger
Then again the power gains seem to be character specific since Piccolo trains as much as Goku
Praise be to the absolute QueenSo while it's not the latest part for the Cell Saga, we got another video from Mistare Fusion, reviewing the sixth movie:
Now, I've mentioned a few times that this movie was my introduction, not just to Z, but to Dragonball as a whole, so it's always held a special place in my heart, which is probably why I only barely noticed some of the flaws that have been brought up about it, both by Mistare, and by others as well.
It's funny how he starts talking about how a movie that all fighting would push most people away from the series, as the fact that I'd never seen fights like this before is exactly what led to me becoming a fan (an irony since I'm now disillusioned with how the battles go in this series).
And yeah, I do like how Goku and Vegeta actually strategize to beat Metal Coola, and have to pay their dues rather than just MORE POWER! RUF! RUF! RUF!
Is it a perfect movie...Hell no! But I still like it.
By the way, does anyone remember the name of the tune that plays when Piccolo firsts comes up with the punch it harder plan? It was always one of my favourite themes.

One Strip! One Strip!Heh this is funny.
The Cleveland Browns football players Darren Fells & David Njoku actually performed the fusion dance on the field in celebration for performing a touchdown.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Wow, I haven't seen such a blatant reference to Dragonball in a non dragon ball medium since The New Day revealed joined the Planet Trade.

I dunno, I was getting some Pennywise-vibes from his Japanese voice. His American voice sounds way too laid back for a god or a clown.
