We already have that, with Freeza. It's not arbitrary if it's a result of Kaio-ken and Kamehameha multipliers not stacking.
Goku and Freeza's battle powers should be tied before taking into consideration the KHH. And look at Raditz (1,500) doing a similar block to Goku's BP 924 Kamehameha.
There's no reason that Freeza, at 60 million, shouldn't be able to block an attack at 75-90 million. Sure, it's gonna do damage, but it's not gonna kill Freeza outright. Hell, the Spirit Bomb was most likely stronger than Freeza's 100% power (since remember, Goku can do math and Freeza's been openly telling him what percent of power he's at), and Freeza survived that fine.
It's no different than 100% Freeza at 120 million being able to block punches from Super Saiyan Goku at 150 million, an attack that is marginally stronger than you is not going to completely destroy you.

That really does not match previous uses of Kamehameha, like Raditz or Nappa - both were more powerful than the attack they deflected with one hand, but it wasn't easy for Raditz and it stung Nappa's hands.
I can't think of any other example of a character blocking a stronger attack with one hand.
The Spirit Bomb example doesn't really support anything because either way, Goku was wrong about it being enough to beat Freeza. If it's possible to tank an attack that is twice as strong as you than Goku should have known that.
Also, your interepretation gives the KHH an arbitrarily lower multiplier.

Move over Sherlock, Conan, and Pikachu, cause there's a new Prince of All Detectives in town!
This limited release side-mission in Super Dragon Ball Heroes involves missing chocolate ice cream - Vegeta's very own! With no real leads, Vegeta goes around town interrogating his closest allies for answers!
Also, this golden quote from the comments section:
Watch as exciting cases unfold such as "The Mystery of the Missing Royal Sibling", "Universe 12 The First Time Traveler", "The Long Lost Sneezing Woman", "Will The REAL Legendary Super Saiyan Please Stand Up!", "Where or who are Android 17's Family?", "Where is The Reincarnated Kid Buu?", "The Mysterious Toribot" and many more!
G.D. Vegeta:" I am the greatest Detective of all Saiyans!!!"

I mean, are we expected to believe he knows actual detective techniques, or is he just gonna...
Welp! Ask a stupid question huh? This'll be a good laugh!
In regards to the Galick Gun issue, the only logical explanation is that both Goku and Vegeta had their powers lowered (Goku enough that he needed to use X4 even though at X3 his Kamehameha should have been stronger) and Vegeta enough that he still had the power to destroy the planet.
Cause if you don't except that the Galick Gun did have a multiplier, that's all that's left, unless we're just gonna say Toriyama didn't think of it, which a few are saying, but for once, I don't want to go there.
Plus, I don't want to ruin a cool moment by bringing too much logic into it.
Edit: Wait, just caught the the cases:
Are we seeing the return of Tarble?
I have been wondering about that one.
Hell Yeah!

Heh. It would be nice to actually see 17's family, Kid Buu ain't in the cards yet (or ever it seems) and Toribot does whatever the hell he wants...which isn't a shock really.
Well, when you're the only game in town...

One Strip! One Strip! One thing I'm looking forward to seeing in the movie are the character designs across the board. We've seen the designs for the principal characters, but I really want to see everyone else.
Particularly because, given the Art Shift in character designs we've already seen from the movie, I'm really hoping this is the point the franchise moves on from the "make them look as identical to the 'iconic' Buu Saga designs as possible, without updating as the story goes on" fixation. That really bugged me in Super, especially in regards to the kids.
I have no words for Detective Vegeta. I wish I did, but I can't think of anything funny enough.

Did Toriyama do the Broccoli redesign for the new movie?

Chi-Chi is alright with him going lost in space? Okay then.
Swear Veggie was gonna say a juvenile "Your MOM's a company."
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Dragon Ball Super: Broly will reveal that Broly and Goku were both subjected to genetic experimentation as babies involving S-Cells, which is why Broly is so absurdly strong. Instead of using this to prop Goku up as special from birth, however, it will invert expectations. Broly is so strong because he was given a bunch of Goku's stolen S-Cells. Goku actually started off weak and was made even weaker before he had to train to get where he is.
It's never made clear whether Ginyu's purple horned body is the one he was born with. I'm wondering that if he was born in that body, how exactly does Jeice know he can switch bodies or how Ginyu is familiar with his own body switch. Is he just bad at finding new bodies and has to bail back to his old flesh and blood?
Also, while Voices Are Mental is there in the anime because it's convenient, is Voices Are Mental the case in manga? Like Goku's text is different when Ginyu is in him, or do people go "wait, why does Goku sound weird?"
I heard a thing where if he stays in a body long enough it gets purple and horny but I have no idea if I made that up or whether it's an actual thing
Forever liveblogging the AvengersSo...
I do wonder if Toriyama will start looking to the movies for some inspiration. Sure, Broly is the biggest example, but as we've mentioned before, it technically began with that single panel of Bardock during the Frieza saga all those years ago.
That being said, I don't know the overall opinion of Coola, but I'd hope Toriyama wound't ditch his own form (which isn't apparently a fifth form). I like how it's so different from Frieza's final form. I think I mentioned before the idea that maybe in the aftermath of Frieza's death Coola trained and achieved a stronger state, represented by that transformation, like a sorta proto-golden form (or something like that, as it has been a while). Anyway, I also remember someone saying that Coola spoke in a far more rough manner than Frieza or his dad, perhaps emphasizing his Black Sheep nature.
Masako always talks about Toei, but it's really up to Toriyama for certain things (though he did show a willingness to use the secondary cast since Resurrection F, even if it was poorly done), so maybe we can see something.
That being said, despite mentioning his movie, I'm surprised Masako left out Bojack (then again, I think I'm the only person who cares about Bojack). I've mentioned before that nothing in his movie contradicts the series and he kinda slots in pretty well, so making him canon isn't really that hard.
That being said, if Toriyama did decide to dip into movie villains, he'd likely revamp them like he did with Bardock background (and Goku's as well), and now Broly. We all know he does things his own way. Time will tell if it will work out though.
One Strip! One Strip!
