Just Z Kai.
They think Tien is cool, for what he can accomplish.
They thought Bulma was good early on, insufferable on Namek, and great nowadays.
They concluded that Yamcha is a worthless garbage piece of shit right after the Saibamen, and never looked back. They at least have fun making fun of him, though.
They didn't like Krillin at first, grew to love him a lot, and now they really think he sucks because of the whole "breaking the remote" thing.
Yajirobe is forever remembered as "the ass-eating samurai" because of that one time he bit Krillin's ass while training with Kami. They seem to have a fondness for the ass-eater.
Chiaotzu is just some weird clown thing.
Ah. That's a shame, but not a shock.
Hmmm...
I see.
Damn. They became true DB fans lightning quick didn't they?![]()
I admit, I kinda turned on the Krill-ster for that one as well.
I used to just call him the fat ass myself before I properly learned his name.
Smart bunch of dudes it seems.
But yeah, they've acclimated to the fandom quite well.
One Strip! One Strip! They have mentioned that they might be interested in watching the original Dragon Ball, since there are a couple flashbacks in the stretch of episodes they watched most recently (such as when Cell is referencing the Tenkaichi Budokai for the Cell Games), so them watching it isn't completely off the table.
I don't know if Infinte Jobber Yamcha in DB would change their mind any but at least he did more before he got exploded by Saibaman. Got more screentime at least. Being dead during Namek really screwed him over.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThey really pay attention to and enjoy the side stuff, where the characters are just talking and chilling. I think the two things most likely to change their minds on Yamcha are him having gynophobia early on and trying to get past it and him acting like a detective trying to figure out Jackie Chun's identity.
I agree. Toriyama draws long hair with such fun little curls on the edges and makes it look very voluminous and bouncy, I've always liked it. Hell, I think Saiyan hair looks the best when it's emulating that look and feel, when Goku's hair bounces with his movement and flies wildly in the wind, instead of just standing straight out, stiff as a board, or waving gently. Especially when Super Saiyan 3 is animated more like a cape made out of individual locks of hair instead of a golden pillar glued to Goku's head.
It really looks weird when it's just the stiff...

Someone notified me about something for Heroes, Goten got a new form! They told me that he had obtained an Ultimate form like Gohan, and low and behold, at the bottom it says "Elder Kai Unlock".

That video was amazing
I like how they don't even bother showing Piccolo fusing with Kami because of what a big nothing it turned out to be
Forever liveblogging the AvengersBoth Veggie and Piccoro being Krabs...
Makes sense.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. One thing I've thought about occasionally is the idea that Gohan's first time going Super Saiyan would be better placed as a reaction to sensing Piccolo "dying" at the hands of Imperfect Cell. That way, when Gohan flies off to try and save him, Goku punching him down using his own Super Saiyan has even more weight, since Gohan's not strong enough to help even with his new power, further driving in the hopelessness of the situation.
Their initial training in the HTC is still focused on Gohan going Super Saiyan, but it's about Gohan learning how to go Super Saiyan at will and controlling it instead of unlocking the initial transformation, which is something that the series hasn't really placed much focus on before.

Goku punching him down is not something that should have been added, that's way too aggressive. Goku training Gohan was the first time we'd seen someone train another to go Super Saiyan, so that's more unique than Gohan doing the same training that Goku did off-screen.
I don't think it'd really nab any more emotional points since Piccolo isn't dead and Gohan isn't present for it. It'd just make the pacing and focus of the scene incredibly awkward.
Xeno Goten getting ultimate is cool (I like that he's following in his brother's footsteps and that Ultimate is getting used more) but it's disappointing that this does not appear to come with a design change. Even Future Gohan got a design for his Ultimate form in SBAR.

That is gonna be fun.
Buu Saga is gonna be a punch to the gut for them if the Cell fight makes them Gohan fans though.
What are their thoughts on the humans? Also, have they just been watching the Z portion, or have they done the entirety of Dragonball?
