A Kaiou and presumably everyone greater than them can.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!
West Kaiou remade his own planet after Beerus blew it up.
Far too many people consider who can beat up who the only benchmark of quality
These people never grew out of the "my dad can beat up your dad" stage of childhood
Forever liveblogging the AvengersThis is true, although to be fair, strength is measured in DB mainly via who can beat up who.
That and characters being hyped up as incredibly strong (either through words, or through beating up someone else) in order to make them being beat up by someone look impressive.
One Strip! One Strip!Well technically he was a version of Super Saiyan Blue.
So clearly this means that there is a grade 3 version of Blue that Goku and Vegeta haven't tapped into yet.
This song needs more love.
There's a Doylist and Watsonian explanation for sticking to "just" Super Saiyan for Blue, if I remember right.
Also, did anyone check Masako X's new vid on Color Theory? I know I know, it's fan musings, but I love how (it turns out) red chakra (which he associates with Super Saiyan 4) is on the opposite side of blue and white chakra (which stands for both Blue and Ultra Instinct), and how it represents a more "earthly" and primal energy, which is different from the divine blue and white.
That said, backtracking to change God to "magenta" rather than Red... Anyway, nitpicks.
Random question but, as someone who’s never really watched anything Dragon Ball looking to get into the show, like where do I even start? I have Fighterz (before you ask bought it because I played it at a friend’s house and it was really fun) and like it a lot and it’s made me want to watch the show.
But there’s so much! Should I just start with Z? Buy the Kai version on Amazon and start with that? I want to get into the show but there’s so many episodes and series it’s kinda overwhelming. What’s the best place to start?
Oh, and for the record, Fighter Z' story is pretty much set around the halfway point of Super
Yes, the manga would be much faster to read - 42 volumes compared to 320 - 444 episodes of the anime to watch the original DB + Z or Kai. It's also a lot more consistent and well paced, if you attempt to watch the Z anime the pacing is molasses and you'll probably notice several of the Adaptation-Induced Plot Hole moments.
If you are going to watch the anime, then I'd definitely go with Kai over Z. Kai is just edited from Z footage, and they didn't do a great job of it, but it mostly fixes the pacing issues of Z and cuts 124 episodes of padding/filler. This is about the same amount of padding as in Dragon Ball Super.
You can watch the original movies as you go along - they don't fit into continuity, but they have their individual charms and some of the early ones have great choreography and animation. Movie 13 is still the one that stands out to me as feeling most like an actual movie.
My first reccomendation is to read the manga - I prefer it, I believe it's overall a better product and mainly it is just so much faster to go through. Hands down easiest way to avoid archive panic.

Indeed.
Everyone knows that DBZ characters can one shot everyone and it is the strongest manga universe ever......
"Mai waifu."
