I am curious as to whether Cell would feel some kind of odd kinship with his past self. He'd probably understand the latter's desire to be perfect very well (even if he wouldn't care that he screwed him out of it).
Likewise, as pissed as he would be at being denied his own chance at being perfect, Imperfect Cell would probably take pride in seeing what he could become as well, knowing it was everything he imagined.
One Strip! One Strip!"I wanna get in on that"
"You mean-?"
"OH JUST EAT ME ALREADY YOU BEAUTIFUL PERFECT BASTARD"
I think I remembered wrong. Imperfect Cell and Perfect Cell teaming up might have been a Parallel Quest, but the only story mode mission like that was Future Android 16 teaming up with Future Perfect Cell (they acknowledged that 16 should not be that strong, and justified it with evil magic powering him and Cell up).

Yeah, since future Cell is going to absorb the present Androids he would obviously be screwing over present Cell anyway. But even without that detail, why would he give a shit? This is the kind of nitpicky detail I don't like about Fusion's videos.
But Fusion's barely even mentioned Cell at this point. I don't understand what you're saying.

Fusion doesn't say anything about Cell. We're the ones who brought him up...for some reason.
Sure thing:
7) Lets explore the other universes;
6) Go easy on the Transformations;
5) Give Shin something to do;
4) A smarter Goku;
3) Let Goten and Trunks age;
2) Better Villains;
1) Give something to the human characters.
Not surprisingly, I agree with most of this. The thing with the humans will never happen. Toriyama never actually used them beyond being stepping stones to show Goku's power, and Goku has wiped out all the earth born enemies, and even if new ones showed up, he'd solve it in a second.
I suppose there's some Slice of Life eps they could do.

One Strip! One Strip!I did enjoy Fusion getting really harsh at the beginning of the Cell arc (as he said, what he was talking about then is the sort of stuff he's been wanting to talk about for a while and it certainly feels like that) but I also appreciate him for being able to see good underappreciated parts of DB as well and his breakdown of the Goku V 19 fight is actually quite good.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"Mistare Fusion talking about how the Ginyu fight rips off elements of the Saiyan Saga makes me think of Dragon Ball going crazy with recursion
Goku beats up a strong guy that had been trashing his friends, gets incapacitated by strong guy's boss, Krillin and Gohan step up, Goku has to heal with Krillin and Gohan go on ahead with the plot
But every time it gets faster.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersShiiiiiiiiit
I thought that the Cell thing came from the fusion video he posted because I know he disliked Cell's debut/motovation explanation and it sounds like something he'd say
My bad
I'm not surprised at Omen being an anime thing - it makes sense when we see 'mastered' ultra instinct and the drawbacks are even worse than Omen. The lack of build up will be a problem, but it makes the downside and inability to reuse it much easier to swallow. I just hope it doesn't just happen at the end of the Jiren fight, but I don't know how else Toyotarou could build it up.

As much as I like the Ginyu Force, the way Goku handled them was very bad due to recursion, even if the way he takes down Recoome is hilarious and awesome.
