Again Romantic Two-Girl Friendship.
Watch any schoolgirl anime & you'll see the same physical touchy feely stuff over & again even when the girls end up going out with guys in the end.
Cause such close behavior is what Japan sees as the natural friendship between 2 young women.
Also really that's one of the gayest things you've seen? I've seen gayer & I'm not even talking about actual yuri series.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Shueisha has a DB department called the Dragon Room which deals with things like the manga for Super, the plot for Heroes and Fusions, and other side things like Isekai Yamcha. Toei making it's own DB department might actually be a good thing, with more people dedicated to DB's animation (whether it be a movie or a new series) might actually give a more steady future for the franchise.
Pre-production scheduling was the main issue for Super, not necessarily budget. In fact, one could say that Super was more expensive than a properly planned out (from the beginning) show due to a rushed schedule requiring more outsourcing and animators on deck to make up on lost time.
Even the best youthful animators, like Shida who did Goku and Jiren's battle in Episode 130, managed to fault under the unusual strict schedule from the beginning and produce Episode 5 of all things (yes, Shida worked on that infamous Goku vs Beerus fight). Most of the staff on Super were veterans of either OG Dragon Ball or Z, but the newbies and freelancers weren't slouchs either.

Well if the thread can't bitch about the anime, it's going to bitch about the manga.
This song needs more love.If Bardock learned Frieza joined Team Universe 7 and saved the day thanks to Goku, he would disown him and then kill himself while he's already dead so he doesn't have to exist in such a multiverse
I missed the "Episode of Bardock is stupid" convo, so let me just concur - yes, Episode of Bardock is really, really unforgivably dumb. And while this dramatic finisher may not be worse than that, it still falls into the category of "not getting the point of Bardock".
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"I probably wouldn't mind the finisher in isolation but it's come off of years and years of Bardock getting wanked to hell, whereas Yamcha's finisher came off of years and years of him being a complete joke.
Context matters.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"Yamucha has fan-service...actually.

I'm not really interested in arguing this with you, because your general impression about, well, everything, regarding the two of them and the things they were involved with seems entirely off-base to me, and you've never been particularly good at convincing me otherwise.
