Never should have thought so.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Anyone getting a gut feeling DBS is going to end on a cliffhanger? Considering Toriyama himself confirmed that the upcoming movie is a continuation of DBS, and that the antagonist has some ties with both the Saiyans and Frieza, I'm gonna go on a limb and say that whatever is going to happen at the end of episode 131 will probably directly influence the events of Movie 20.
The atmosphere in Mexico City is just so fucking amazing.
You can breath the hype, I went to a karaoke and everyone was chanting, screaming and asking for more from the episode. When I listed the "GOKU GOKU GOKU" and the "FREEZER FREEZER FREEZER" I just felt an uncontrollable pride about the passion of my country for this.
It occurs to me that all three of the top Pride Troopers have had some kind of transformation. This was a trend I started noticing with Toppo turning into a God of Destruction, but I had my doubts that Jiren would actually transform. Lo and behold, Shirtless Jiren is a thing. I wonder if the video games will take advantage of that. I think Xenoverse would have a blast with it, and Fighterz could do some interesting things with all three of them having some kind of Install Super.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Okay, so this wasn't as bad as the spoilers suggested, but still.
Mastered Ultra Instict hype lasted for less than half an episode before Jiren caught up.
This philosophical debate would be more interesting if Jiren's characterization hasn't been as basic as they come.
You couldn't give Goku a single clean victory, eh Toriyama? Not that I expected anything else.
It's almost surreal that of all the characters to be involved in the very finale of this tournament it's.... 17 and Freeza. Like, seriously.
Well, I guess the next one is the last.
Not technically, he just has.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Wouldn't that technically be Toriyama doing that. While it won't be the exact same thing, we can assume that the general events of this episode (Goku beating Jiren, then passing out before he can eliminate him) will happen in the manga as well.
I really wish the Toriyama would let go of this desire to keep Goku from winning. It's pretty ridiculous. I mean, it's the same things as having Yamcha lose all the time: it loses all meaning after a while.
One Strip! One Strip! It makes Karrot look incompetent when he can defeat all enemies but the final boss.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. He kept trying to not finish Frieza either, but it's still clear he won (because Frieza could no longer fight).
I'm annoyed he wasn't allowed to throw the guy out either, but Goku did win this time.
It's the same thing as how Tien won the Budokai. Jiren just got lucky, and he knows it. Goku was the better man.
One Strip! One Strip!

When I saw him say "I've never thought of myself as a hero of justice" I thought "don't worry Goku, no one thinks that of you anymore".
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"
