I kind of want Freeza to win the wish, only to see this happen:
Freeza: "Wish Dragon! I wish to be the most powerful being in the multiverse, with all the gods subservient to me!"
Super Shenron (Zalama?): "?yas did eh tahW"
Whis: "You have to speak in the godly language to get your wish granted."
Freeza: "Not again! Son of a-"
Whis: "There's also no way you're getting that wish granted, no-one will translate it for you."

Re: Genetics, Saiyan-human interbreeding, and other biology conundrums:
Remember that Dragon Ball is explicitly a (poly)theistic universe, so pretty much any weird inconsistency with real-world biology can be waved away as some form of Intelligent Design.
Maybe one of Universe 7's previous Supreme Kais got lazy and just copy-pasted his design for humans onto a different planet but added monkey tails. And maybe he also decided that certain things like martial arts techniques should be stored at a genetic level, which Dr. Gero learned to play around.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Eh, it's kind of even both ways for me. Showing Gohan's last stand was a good choice, of course, but the effect on Trunks is pretty sad either way.
In the anime, he gets a power-up from it, but still can't do anything. In the manga, he already has that power, so he just loses Gohan and knows full well he can do nothing about it.
The truth is that the Tournament of Power is an elaborately staged Truman Show being livestreamed on El Grande Padre's KamiTube channel. No universes were actually erased in the making of this show. Except for Universe 9.
x5 They explained that. He needed to be one of the weaker models, he couldn't control the stronger ones (not even if he made one his own body, apparently, he is a brain piloting the thing). It's weird that you call him dumb for not having a way to control the stronger models when this inability was his greatest struggle and one that he was always trying to work towards.
Geniuses apparently can't have failure of progress...

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. Also ther energy absorbing type he turned into is only weaker in that is starts weaker and has more drawbacks, because they have an infinitely sized tank for energy, the more energy they absorb the stronger they become with no limit,
it just they need to use that energy to,remain active and do anything, yes this does means gero could of been stronger if he was smart or wait would he need to wake up 17 or 18 for their infinite energy reactors to work because if so he missed a simple way of being more powerful.
The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success. Insanity runs in my family. It practically gallops.@Hamburger: Just because you're a great scientist doesn't mean that you're all that intelligent in anything else. Intelligence doesn't seem to translate all that well to other aspects of life.
@Saiga: My natural interpretation of "this model of Androids is hard to control" means that they often rebel against him, or something. Sure, it's possible to interpret that as saying that his brain would be unable to control his body, but that really feels like a stretch.
