Damn, Dyspo, I wasn't expecting that much out of you.
I honestly thought he was just still standing because he happened to be avoiding fights, but it turns out his spot among the final 3 Pride Troopers is well-deserved.
Toppo next time. Guess we'll finally see why he's being considered for a God of Destruction.
For those who missed it, we have "final" dub voice for Black:

This song needs more love.Well, he's been out of action for some time. I don't totally blame them for wanting to get all they could out of him.
Gohan did well with making it as far as he did.
One Strip! One Strip! I always had a feeling Freeza was The Sixth Ranger of Team Nerd. The only remaining member acknowledging that Gohan's "the leader" and his tactical prowess.
But seriously, Gohan did well for what its worth (being a major catalyst to two universe erasures under his belt).
Someone leaked, what I assume, an early recorded segment of Funimation Dub of Trunks gaining the Spirit Sword. It's originally from the Anime Expo 2017 event
I can't wait to play as him in Xenoverse 3, at least. He totally stole Gotenks's Galactic Donut though.
124: Pretty great episode. Freeza and Gohan vs Dyspo was a really solid fight, with some great showings from all parties. Dyspo looked really good here, he's definitely Dragon Ball's Flash. Freeza and Gohan having to work together to beat Dyspo was a good dynamic, and I liked the call-back to the Frost fight. I liked Freeza offering to work with Dyspo, which Dyspo shot down because he doesn't make deals with evil people. I also liked Freeza teasing that he might betray Gohan, the more they can remind us that Freeza is untrustworthy the better since people seem to be forgetting that recently.
125 NEP: Guys, I'm so hyped for God of Destruction Toppo, you don't even know.
Pretty similar to how I feel about GT. Overall it's a really bad product, none of the elements I like about it make up for the bad, and none of those elements are handled particularly well either. There's nothing that makes me feel like it justifies its existence.
If the franchise can mostly move past it, like it has with GT, then at the very least I can appreciate some of its ideas in hindsight and be glad it's no longer influencing the franchise. I don't think that's as likely, but the sudden ending does surprise me and make me think they might want to move on with something else.
Beerus is a cool character (not Super but still 'new era') although he hasn't been used well since BOG/Xenoverse.
I think considering how well received Super has been that it's gonna stay canon.
It really was a series of ups and downs, of good moments sprinkled amid sort of wierd long term storytelling.
"And when the last law was down and the Devil turned round on you, where would you hide, the laws all being flat?"

Aww, Jiren cares.
