It also depends on who created the Super Dragonballs.
Anyway, I'm starting to think more and more that Zeno isn't the problem. Or rather that he is the problem, but only because he's directed that way. The more we see of them, the more the Grand Priest feels less like an attendant and more like a regent. I don't doubt that Zeno will kill off the universes for exactly the reasons the Priest says he will, but I also feel like overall he's a child whose idle feelings and whims are being guided and manipulated rather than a monster all on his own - especially given the way the Priest extrapolates from that very little that Zenou actually expresses.
...Really shouldn't be going of that. They've straight up said, more than once, that Omni-King is the strongest thing there is.
If that weren't the case there wouldn't be any point to putting up a facade. Whis and Vados have no problem actually demonstrating they're stronger than Beerus and Champa when they get out of line. There doesn't seem to be anyone like that for Omni-King.
Really, I don't get why some people are so obsessed with their being some super secret bigger god behind things. Even if there were the same people would just start asking for someone above them to appear.

I've heard a lot of people assuming the Grand Priest is going to become the Big Bad of this arc, but this is the first I've heard of people wondering if he's stronger than Zenou. He doesn't have to be the strongest in the multiverse to have ulterior motives or the like, especially if when push comes to shove Zenou doesn't care.

Ya know I think it be cool if Zalama the creator of the Super D-Balls made an appearance though separate from Zeno & the Gran Priest.
It be in an antagonist role in an arc like the Shadow Dragons where he goes ape-shit over how the D-Balls' powers are just being blatantly abused by the cast now.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."some peeved off fans reminded me...
Karrot's no longer an indirect bad guy?
What a bummer.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I mean, there was that time he was literally murdered and Goku convinced Kami to bring him back.
So yeah, Shenron does kinda owe them.
One Strip! One Strip! How far does that debt go though cause he has revived several planet worth's of people over the years.
At the very least make sure the wishes are something worth wishing for cause to have a nearly omnipotent God's wish granting powers, wishing for panties or women should be considered a sin.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."To be fair, ain't no one done that in a while.
Hell, all of their wishes have been to undo damage other assholes do to the planet for the most part.
One Strip! One Strip! The main characters have their hearts in the right place, so I like that Shenron is infinitely patient with them. Even when they strain his endurance by wasting all their time squabbling over who gets to make a wish (I'm a little surprised that doesn't happen more often).
On the flipside, I'm sure he didn't have to turn Pilaf and co into babies.

We don't know yet. Nothing's been said on the matter. Presumably though, probably not, cause that'd be too easy.
