The disappointing thing about the anime is that we don't need Frost to be evil.
We'd literally had Freeza return just one arc earlier, so having Frost be a villain was just an annoying retread.
As for his manga version, while some would ask why he agreed when he had no interest in the first place, you have to remember who asked him to be part of it. If he said no, do y'all think Champa would be like that's cool bro, or do you think he'd be like do what I tell you to do or I'll destroy you!
Cause if I were Frost, I know which one I'd be expecting That's likely exactly what Vados said to get him to join since she was the one who recruited all the universe 6 fighters directly.
One Strip! One Strip!I like how Frost was on the run from the Saiyans a few episodes ago. Something tells me he's gonna be a prisoner-on-duty when he returns for this tournament, like in most cop movies that have prisoners that do jobs for the government so they can have a chance at freedom.

That's a good idea, though in Frost's case there's not much of a winning scenario for him.
He fights in the tournament, afterwards, he's still being hunted for his crimes, and runs the risk of being killed.
If he refuses to fight, he's still either caught by the Universe 6 Saiyans and executed, erased by Champa, or erased (alongside his entire universe) by Zen-O.
He's really got nothing to lose since there's no situation where he comes out better. So they gotta in theory offer him some benefit (more than they offers for the Universe 6 / 7 tourney).
At least that's my idea on it. They likely will just force him to fight with the caveat of being pardoned for his previous crimes (as long as he doesn't cheat this time).
One Strip! One Strip!I fully expect the U6 team to get hit by The Worf Effect.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I could see a thing where Frost's time being on the run has humbled him and he has a Heel–Face Turn during the tournament.
I know you're joking, but that sounds exactly like Tori's mindset; he's always been one for vulgar humor and treating his fights more like an afterthought.
That would explain why most of the gags are consistent between the series, while the fights tend to play out differently.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. This is not untrue.
This is also not untrue. It makes sense, since his previous manga before this was a complete Gag Manga, and Dragonball itself didn't start out particularly seriously.
It kinda makes you think that Toriyama should have stuck with what he enjoyed and made a new series to go full on action, but I'm not the successful Mangaka who created a hit series, so I can safely admit I should just shut my yap.
One Strip! One Strip!I wish he cared as much about the details of the battles as he did the jokes.
Did we really need to know that (as was mentioned before) that Bulma's breasts are sagging, or that Goku has never kissed his wife even once?
Were either of those vital details we couldn't afford to lose. In fact, it'd be nice if there was a tighter bit of plotting between the manga and the anime rather than some loose notes on the subject.
One Strip! One Strip!Humor is impartial...so the jokes can stay.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. That doesn't incapacitate people...it'd not make sense, that'd be the problem.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Pretty sure him considering the gags more important is something he's on record saying. Someone posted an interview or something where he admits as much.
Edit: Either that or something where the writer of the manga said something along the lines of him not minding what he does with the plot as long as the jokes stay in. Or both, possibly.

I would insert a Youtube video here but I do not what to post here.
Taking humor and comedy seriously? Logic Bomb!

Forget it. This post doesn't matter.
