Just making sure. Bringing up Parody Retcon and saying people are in denial can kind of imply that.
Edit: I've also never heard people say Super Saiyan 4 is parody before. That transformation was played pretty straight in GT itself.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! While you're talking about ignoring and deflecting criticism, there are worse things to do. Some people flat out lie and misrepresent others intentionally to make their argument have some standing.

If you feel guilty, that's up to you.
I'm just saying that's a thing that people do. A lot.
Now now, there's a lot of good stuff to like in both of those.
There's just also a lot of stupid to go along with it, but just because a lot of stupid exists, doesn't mean the good things aren't there.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariYou specifically quoted me and brought up a point how people lie to further their own arguments. You were either talking about me, or I'm reading too much into your words. If so, then I apologize but who were you referring to with that statement because I wanna set things straight.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I have no problem with people liking Zamasu. There's nothing wrong with liking his character either. Some people think the Black arc was the best Dragon Ball arc ever. And while I highly disagree with that, I'm not going to lose my composure over someone thinking that. It's all just personal preferences, is all. Not everything has to be an argument....
And that's how you defeat the internet my friend.
Stay classy.
Edit: Once again, I'm still watching the Piccolo Jr. arc.
You know, I re-call a debate on Piccolo's giant form way back in the story, and how useless it was, but I'm not sure if I really believe that. True, Goku managed to outfox him, but it was made clear Piccolo lost no speed using the technique. More to the point, if he keeps the same speed alongside longer reach, then combined with a some good old fashioned flash stepping, it would still be pretty dangerous.
Now obviously, it's only good when up against someone who's power is close to his own, but strategically used, it could be quite useful.

One Strip! One Strip!Dude, the man can stretch, extra reach is useless to him. Going big just makes him a bigger target. Also drains stamina like a bitch. Used to be broken tho.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThat bigger target logic is bull pucky, every attack should be less effective by default due to size increase durability. Same goes for his own attacks.
Stamina drain is legit.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Honestly, if it ain't an issue for Oozaru, why is it an issue for giant piccolo.
Pretty much everything thrown at Oozaru's was massively insignificant, and giant Piccolo would have all that plus actual reason.
I can buy the stamina drain though, although the current piccolo might not have much of an issue with it.
One Strip! One Strip!Modern DBZ games are out of the reach of Randomness...
Joke fly over head.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Talk of Xenoverse reminds me of one of my favorite throwaway NPC lines from Xenoverse 1. Where a character in Tokitoki city, in order to explain the viability of one of the playable races, basically just says "Hey have you seen the new warrior caste that New Namek has trained up? They're as strong as Saiyans now!"
It just amuses me how you can just have the story bridge that gap in one line of dialogue if that's what you want to do.

I have a message from another time...Speaking of durability and density, that reminds me of the Antman movie where they grew the Thomas the Tank Engine toy to the size of a real train.....if that actually happened with realistic physics, that toy should've floated away like a balloon because its mass stayed the same, but its volume significantly increased.

Oh, when people try to use it to actually deflect other criticism, it's stupid. But it goes both ways. I accept why people don't like Zamasu. But I also accept I still actually like him despite the arguments criticising him.
Like, you can't just generalise and say "people only like this because X" and "people only hate this because X". It denies the other side a voice.
