... That'd be a dumb idea, why would you mix Whis' superior genetic material with inferior beings? Just make a clone of Whis and raise it to be obedient to you.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari... No, you won't.
You're reducing the amount of Whis and increasing the amount of inferior beings. What makes you think that will create a stronger result?
This not the same as adding, say, Namekian Regeneration on top of Freeza durability and Saiyan Growth. This is the same as having Gold Label and adding White Horse to it.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariExcept that it would totally make it stronger. It's like you don't understand how anime molecular biology and chemistry work; you don't think something with Whis' cells, Beerus' destruction based abilities, the Namekians' regeneration, the Saiyans' Zenkai, Frieza's godly potential and Ultimate Evolution, and potentially whatever the hell Hit is added into it, wouldn't be an unstoppable force of nature and existence that would end everything short of the Grand Priest and Zenō?
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!...Huh.
I did not know about that scene.

It seems like you're assuming that Cell would get Whis' natural power...
I mean, Cell when he first showed up was naturally stronger than everyone who he was made up of; it took Piccolo remerging with Kami to gain a level of power above him, and Cell blew past that just from eating a few thousand humans. In his Perfect state, it took Goku and Gohan mastering Super Saiyan just to get in the same ballpark as him, and Gohan had to ascend past legend just to overcome him, and Cell managed to possibly rival that by abusing the Zenkai ability he got from Goku and Vegeta through sheer dumb luck.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!To start with? Of course I don't understand how anime molecular biology and chemistry work. Thing is, neither does Toriyama and he wrote it, and more importantly, you don't know either, and the fact that you believe that you do is funny.
For another thing, all that stuff you bring up? Completely pointless, because you're still reducing the percentage of Whis in the clone you're making. Mixing together Cell worked because Cell happened to inherit the best traits of the beings that composed him. The thing is, the comparison is not apt because the naturally strongest being that went into his make up was Freeza, whose natural power is a joke compared to Whis'. That's why he needed more traits and why being purely a clone of Freeza would've been detrimental - he simply wouldn't have been strong enough.
In this case, you're simply decreasing the amount of Whis in exchange for abilities that he wouldn't need, because he'd be a Whis, and thus capable of one shotting every entity in the universe not named Whis, and only finding a challenge in Whis equivalents from other universes, while still being a mere ant in the face of the Omniking and the High Priest.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariMan this
would have been so fitting for this episode.
King Kai continues to be the butt monkey used only for comedy.

I was training against the T-Rex and bears in the snowy mountains but have since moved on to the alligators and saber tooth tigers in the Tropical Islands (there's one particular screen that has four tigers and six or seven alligators that I'm using). I've managed to get Goku to 50 and am working on Trunks.
Also, one thing that no one mentioned about the latest episode but Masako did is that Shenron actually laughed at one point.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!The tumblr that links back to has sooooooo much porn.
On the bright side, the artist is fairly good at keeping the artstyle close to Dragonball.

Another good area is Northern Mountains, in the area just behind the level 40 Goku gate. 5 triceratopses, worth 35,000 exp each. The screen just after it has another 4 of them. You can alternate between the screens, or just use the first one, whichever you find faster. You can also fight against the Ninjas in the area you fought Taopaipai(the ones that are actually in the castle area, not those just outside it).

@IANCE
Why add Krillin and Tien's DNA with beings like Frieza's and Vegeta's then? The former two are clearly inferior to the latter two.
I was under the assumption more DNA = more techniques/power? Dragon Ball genetics of course.
Also, are you assuming the overall quality of the being would be reduced just because "inferior" beings are being mixed with the genes of gods? When was that ever the case with Cell?

I mean, yeah, but. It's not that he has some of this person's DNA and some of another person's DNA. It's that he has some cells from this person that presumably contain all of their DNA (barring mutations or cancer or something) and some other cells from another person that also have all of that person's DNA.
He's more of a chimera
than anything.
Like. With shit like plasmids and different types of horizontal gene transfer there might be some DNA exchange going on in there. And, like, not all of the DNA might be expressed.
But it's not the case that Cell would only be getting part of Whis or whoever's genetic code. He'd be getting the whole thing.
At least, that's the way it was explained.

I'm not even arguing anything different from that.
He's made from their cells, so he'd have to contain their DNA as a result.
A piece of that, a little bit of that, only in Dragon Ball, you get the powers and abilities of the species your sampling. Presumably, you introduce god-cells and your specimen now has god powers....

I mean.
Where it gets weird is that presumably Piccolo's cells would have the advanced regeneration abilities but the Vegeta cells wouldn't. At least on the face of it.
Then again, like. If there's still some of the Vegeta cells left, and all the cells are perfectly symbiotic and shit. Like, the Piccolo cells would regenerate first, and help provide nutrients and things to the rest of the body, which would include the Vegeta cells, which would divide and grow and replenish. More slowly. I guess? Except that doesn't seem to be how Cell works.

@Ssj 3 Gojira
Lets say Dr. Gero has a miraculous second super computer that has secretly been collecting the cells and DNA of Beerus and Whis for the past couple of months...and lets say this super computer also has backup DNA of the original Cell and his original constituents.....the resulting Cell would be unstoppable.
He'd be Cell + Beerus and Whis.
