And you just proved my point, and probably without even trying to insult Yamcha either.
At this point I have to actively try not to make fun of Yamcha when discussing him.
This song needs more love.Well I suppose we have to hope for Toei to do it.
I have little faith that Toriyama would put it in his notes at all. What he does with what character is completely random.
Look at the Pilaf's gangs sudden relevance after years of essentially falling out of sight. And yet, he still has no interest in bringing back Launch (and for a questionable reason as well).
One Strip! One Strip!Even if this feels like just an attempt to tie-in with all that stuff in Dokkan Battle, I think I'm going to enjoy it. I've only really read about 2 volumes of Dr. Slump, though. I wonder if I'll be able to follow all the references.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I've read almost all of Dr Slump, and I highly enjoyed it. It's a lot more juvenile than Dragon Ball, but it's juvenile in a very genuine, fun way. The races were probably the best parts.
Yamcha and Android 17 playing baseball when, people?
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.Technically, this is the fourth timeline formed from the Cell Saga:
Timeline 1: Trunks goes back in time to save the future, Cell kills him to go back in the past.
Timeline 2: Trunks comes back in time to stop the Androids, without Cell, Trunks goes back to his future weak enough for Cell to kill.
Timeline 3: Our Future Trunks timeline.
Timeline 4: Our main timline.
Actually, there are four timelines. Remember, the Trunks that was killed by Cell had already gone to the past to warn that timeline about the Androids, with Trunks using the shut-off remote that Bulma made in that timeline to turn off the Androids in his.

How'd you not notice that? The only difference is slight wording change.
Was that ever mentioned?

No, they aren't. The second timeline is the one where Trunks comes back, teams up with our group of protagonists, they stop the Androids, and Cell doesn't exist in that timeline so Trunks is weaker when he goes back to his own timeline. 1 and 2 are basically 3 and 4, except sans Cell in 2.

Sooo.... let me see if I have this:
(Timeline 1) Cell kills Trunks after he travels back in time to help Goku.
(Timeline 2) Trunks leaves before Cell arrives because he is already gone. This is the "main" Trunks future.
(Timeline 3) Trunks comes back to the future and kills the androids with the button (I can't remember if this actually happened or not).
(Timeline 4) Presence of both Trunks and Cell.

This song needs more love. No, Cell shows up in our Future Trunks' timeline after Trunks had destroyed the Androids and was planning on going back in time to tell the others; that was when Cell comes over planning on killing Trunks and taking his time machine, but Trunks ends up killing him because he's too powerful for Cell to handle now.
In the first timeline, Trunks never trained in the Room of Spirit and Time, because there was no Cell in that timeline that required it; the Android threat ends with the creation of a shut-off remote by Bulma using Gero's notes, which Trunks ends up taking to his timeline to shut off those Androids. Because Trunks never got the same training the main Future Trunks got, when Cell ambushed him to take the time machine into the past he was too weak to prevent it, and ended up dying as a result. Cell using the time machine to go back in time is what led to the timestream splitting further, and leading to the events of the Cell Games and everything past that.
Though granted...there's technically six timelines now, since we have both Black's original timeline, where Future Trunks never goes back to the past as there's not a reason to, and the Future Trunks timeline that ran parallel to that one, before Black got involved in his timeline hijinks.

I doubt it.
I don't expect him to have anything to do with this episode. I mean, maybe Toei might bother to remember, but it's more likely they'll just bypass him completely. We need to accept the fact that Yamcha is irrelevant.
You all just want more ammunition to mock him anyway.
One Strip! One Strip!
