Goku's entire power is effectively bullshit cubed. A body that drastically improves every time he almost dies instead of scarring or suffering any trauma, a Super Mode that ignores all of his previous injuries and makes him three times stronger than he was at full health, a Super Mode he learned off-screen and utilized better than the deity who created it.
I mean it's not terribly out of character.
Well I'm loathe to use South Park but...
.
I saw no reason to bring that form back really. Goku's "mastered" other forms before but this was the first form he specifically just "lost" in the middle of a fight. Rather, they decided to make Goku's mastered SSG equal to Hit, and make SSB his trump card?
It offends me because I like the Kaioken version better, but it's also perfectly in line with Goku mastering stuff off-screen with no apparent explanation. I'm conflicted.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Actually, Super Speed is often a good counter to Time stopping and slowing powers. If you can move fast enough, you can still move even in a time stop.
Way back in the second season of Heroes, a woman with Super Speed named Daphne was able to still move in the Time stop of Time Master Hiro Nakamura because him slowing down everything merely brought her down to everyone else' speed.
Add in the fact that Hit can only Time Stop for a few seconds at most, and it's possible that Goku was just moving so fast with the combination of Super Saiyan Blue and Kaioken to bypass it.
One Strip! One Strip!:3

There was a picture of Goku with a Stand I had awhile ago but it seems to have gone the way of Namek and disappeared.
EDIT: Found it.
◊ Still
can't decide between Super Saiyan Most Fabulous and Gold Experience.
Screw it, Goku's Stand name would be Cha-La, pure and sumple.
I know the exact scene you're talking about. It's one of the really fun parts of Heroes. I love that relativistic stuff. Flash and Sonic Boom did similar scenes.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Again, I'm perfectly fine with bashing TOEI, I do it a lot, but there is no real way to say the comic is closer to what Toriyama intended than the show.
Both are working off the same outline, the anime simply moves faster. The manga might have more direct involvement from Toriyama but how much of that is "this is how it was supposed to be" and "maybe this should change throw off the readers who watched it in the anime already" remains to be seen.
I'll definitely say the manga was closer to the pitch the audience was given about remaking Battle Of Gods with Champa and Vados, which is why I haven't given the anime much time, but its impossible to tell with Revival Of F because the manga mercifully skipped it, Universe 6 because both are equally faithful to the pitch or Future Trunks returns unless someone has managed to find a translated version of the manga's take.
And even taken to account the manga was closer to the pitch, the fact that it changed fundamental parts of Battle Of Gods it really didn't have to that the anime didn't still muddies the water on whether it was to be closer to Toriyama's vision or different for the sake of it.
Buldogue's lawyerThere's something strangely amusing about Vegeta saying to Krillin "Oh, can it!" XD
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!

Except Toei's the one who used the Kaio-ken in the first place, the manga just had Goku have Super Saiyan God again, had Hit's Time Skip stuck at 0.1 seconds, had him hold back a large amount of his power like Frieza and Beerus did, and had the explanation that the Time Skip is less effective the stronger the opponent is compared to the user.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!
