Well, the fight wasn't bad. Neither Goku nor Black went all out, so Goku still has Super Saiyan God in his favour, but Black has secrets as well.
Bringing back time machine Cell used is a pretty nice call back. It's a little banged up, but probably easier to fix when it's in one piece.
Mai is somehow still alive. I suppose we'll see what the deal with that is eventually, but next week, we get more of the relationship that brings me to a frothing rage...though I don't even know why I bother. It's happening, and I just gotta deal with it I suppose. When Toriyama wants to do something, how much sense it makes just doesn't matter in the least.
Still enjoying Super.
One Strip! One Strip! The fight was pretty cool. I don't think Black can go Super Sayian, which is probably for the best or everyone would be really screwed.
Well it's kinda weird that Trunks considers SSJ 3 to be Goku's trump card. I know he doesn't know about SSB but still, it's like the show forgot that this isn't happening immediately after Buus saga and Goku is hell of a lot stronger now.
Seems Trunks can't even tell if someone is dead while holding them. Or she came back to life with the power of love.
From the next episode preview it seems like Goku just forgot who Pilaf gang was.
There's also the fact that Vegeta also said that Goku never takes a fight immediately seriously, which is funny considering that's exactly what he was criticizing Black of doing.
That said, neither Goku or Black have showed off their true potential and Black is at least strong as a post-god training SSJ 2 Goku.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.So he skips SSJ2 last episode, but uses it this one? That's making no sense...that Carrot is da weird one.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Also...I'm not sure I would've enjoyed this as much without the characters saying "that black guy" occasionally and so casually.
Regular SSJ has that bangs covering the entire forehead, and that one big one in the middle that looks really ridiculous from the side if it's badly drawn.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Future Trunks must've given Blooma that time machine at some point...because she left really quick after they found Cell's molt...shell.

Actually, in addition to the electricity that a signature of SSJ 2, Goku also had that forelock that ![]()

mentioned, so he was using SSJ 2.
I kept wondering why he constantly seemed to look like Gohan at some points.
One Strip! One Strip!@Shlugo: How is it weird? Trunks doesn't know about SSB, so of course he would think SS 3 is his trump card.
Trunks isn't psychic.
Super saiyan 2 has sparks, the one before it does not. I don't know why you all are counting hairs.
Well, I hear the story that TOEI had been drawing sparks long before the manga used that as the indicator for super saiyan 2 but after twenty one years I'm sure even TOEI learned to stop drawing them where they're not supposed to be.
Buldogue's lawyerBecause the hair is an easier visual indicator...'specially for Vegetarian.

I tried to find it, unfortunately it's just inconsistent artwork.
No, that was just laziness...and it's kinda funny because in Tenkaichi 3 they does that for Namek Saga Carrot...but Boo saga Carrot has detailed SSJ hair anyway.
I don't get why they did that distinction, but they gotta follow every bit of detail down to the dot.

Damn it, the new ending is really catchy. Even if it is preppy idol music. Especially because it's preppy idol music.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!
