It was.
Even if the forms are obsolete, I'm glad Goku can still use the old Super Saiyan forms.
And I'm glad he found a way to bring back Kaioken as well. It'll be interesting to see if he ever perfects Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken at some point.
.....I wonder if he could use Higher Level Super Saiyan Forms with Blue. Would we ever see Super Saiyan Blue or 3?
Will we ever see Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Super Saiyan Blue) 3 Kaioken?
.....
Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan 3 Kaioken....Vegitto.
~Makes explosion sound~
Mind blown.
One Strip! One Strip! It wasn't brief. Bulma had them fully contained until Goku went to SSJ 3.
I wonder if Zeno is that OP because of P Ls or just of his position.
The episode in general was great, even if the Pilaf Gang irritated me as usual. Beerus and Whis were pretty fun, especially when Beerus was just kind of right next to Kid Trunks. Must be pretty uncomfortable.
I wonder how Black is going to deal with Beerus, Whis and Vegeta, though. I thought about him using that ring to go back in time to try to, say, assassinate Goku or Vegeta when they were weaker.
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterYeah. It's hard to believe there's any real threat when Goku still hasn't used SSB.
Or Vegeta for that matter.
Black is stronger, but considering how straight to the point he is, the fact that he didn't completely annihilate Trunks during their brief fight would indicate he might not be that much stronger.
Though Trunks did say he got stronger every time they fought, so it's possible that he's slowly edging Trunks out, maybe staying a bit ahead of him every time, and getting farther with every battle.
One Strip! One Strip! And here I thought Beerus and Whis have been anything but neutral, so I can't possibly see Black (whoever he is) succeeding in any way possible.
Unless Black himself is also some sort of god.
Whis does whatever he wants. It's not like any of them can stop him.

So they really didn't ever tell Trunks about that time his future self showed up? Because he seemed mighty surprised by the revelation.
Super has a penchant of explaining long standing fan questions. We now know what Babidi and Dabura did in the Future timeline. Also that a single Sayain was enough to stop their plan, yet again showing that the greatest enemy of the Sayains in Buu saga were themselves.
Super is playing loose with power levels again, because either Goku inexplicably reverted to his Buu saga power levels or Trunks powered a shit ton since his fight with Dabura.
"TBH, I'm surprised when Whis was giving that spiel on breaking the rules of time travel, it wasn't brought up that Whis did it himself during the Freeza arc."
I've always wondered if that was actually time travel though. It seemed more like he undid several minutes of actions across the whole universe rather than actually travelling in time.
(Besides which, according to relativity, FTL travel on its own is technically time travel, so all of the cast, Whis included, are guilty of it uncountable times over.)

Nice catch ! That said, I don't think that we'll see the Time Breakers, or at least, they'll likely be a case of Greater-Scope Villain (they could try to disrupt the multiverse tournament but attacking the place where the strongest fighters in the universe battle it out under the surveillance of the gods, their attendants and Zen'o seems kind of suicidally stupid).

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.

It was nice to see SSJ 3 back.
