There was but Goku killed it in chapter 1.
"Freeza's back, and he's a robot now and he's bringing his dad too! Suddenly, while everyone is freaking out, a mysterious stranger appears! He's a teenage boy with purple hair, and he's wearing black pants and a black work-out shirt with a short-cut Capsule Corps jacket on top. He wields a sword and effortlessly kills all the Freeza Soldiers, Freeza, and King Cold with ease because he can turn Super Saiyan, just like Goku. He comes from a future hellscape dominated by two Androids more powerful than the most powerful being in the universe and he's the son of Bulma and Vegeta (fuck Bulcha, Bulgeta fo' lyfe!1). He meets Goku and they fight and Goku blocks all of his sword slashes with one finger (C, does that sound lik a mery su to yu?!1)."
I still think both King Cold and Dabura were kind of wasted. Both had excellent Big Bad potential, particularly the latter.
Yeah. Dabura and his Bad Ass demon army might have been a pretty cool arc.
Shame Toriyama threw him under the bus the way he did.
Then again, it was already made clear that Gohan would have rekt the Demon King if he'd kept up his training, and despite fighting poorly, I don't re-call Dabura succeeding in taking any energy from him for Buu.
Goku and Vegeta would have destroyed him as well.
One Strip! One Strip!Weird magic and unique abilities? Perhaps even a bit durable or the evasive type.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. They sure Cell did, but Buu's regeneration was more interesting for creative use.

I'm fairly sure that the fight with Babidi's minions was all about how gimmicks don't work, like the fighter whose gimmick was fighting in increased gravity and the fighter whose gimmick was energy eating, and the fighter whose gimmick was stonespit.

Which was really cool.
I would also love the Boo arc for daring to go "Always Someone Better is just wrong" which I appreciate due to how much others cling to the idea.
Also, Dabra got to go to heaven in the end. So I don't feel too bad for him.

Well at least we have some idea of who to blame. Toriyama writes a plot which TOEI then takes and changes to fit with a number of episodes. We already knew he was "story boarding" the universe six stuff, so everything wrong with the Battle Of Gods and Revival Of F retellings is one TOEI.
It's still a question with the universe six stuff, Majin Buu not participating is the only thing I've heard of that doesn't sit right, besides the weight scale issues we've already discussed.
Still, I have my doubts about the Time Breakers being behind "Black Goku". Much of Miira's antics in Dragon Ball Online were centered around Goku, due to a strange obsession he had with Goku, but the fact that was all happening suggests that Miira failed to do anything of consequence. And if we go by their corrupting tactics in "Xenoverse", Demigra couldn't control Goku so I don't see what the time breakers could do to any version of Son Goku strong enough to warrant a saga as central antagonist. I got the impression Demigra was supposed to be stronger than Miira/Towa. Finally, what made the time breakers so significant in both games was that Towa was a brilliant scientist who had by passed the alternate timeline thing and learned to directly travel backwards in time to change history. Them pulling a black Goku from an alternate timeline is completely against their whole gimmick. I'm pretty sure with Goku being dead in the Future Trunks timeline Black Goku isn't the Goku we've been following at all but instead what he's named for.
Buldogue's lawyerDabura's horns should have been bigger than his ears, though.
- Demon God Demigra with God Meteor
- Tapion that transforms into Hirudegarn (I call it Vessel Tapion)
