Pan first came onto the scene in the original series when she's revealed to have flown across the entire world. She was four years old at the time. I'm not shocked that she's a juggernaut even as a baby.
One Strip! One Strip!I saw Cell's first onscreen kill again thanks to Kai.
x_x
I don't know...Pan was able to restrain Dr. Gero to the point that he was shocked that she was that strong for her age, so taking the new movies and Super into account, that would mean she was already stronger than Goku was in his base during Battle of Gods, since he never surpassed Frieza in power. That also means that Pan at the age of 9 would have been stronger than Frieza, without needing Super Saiyan at all; seriously, give her more training, a view more years of experience, and either Super Saiyan 2 or 3, and she would possibly rival if not surpass Ultimate Gohan in power.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!What's the deal with those weird sounds Freiza and Cell's feet make when they walk around?
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!Well this didn't take long to find, though it wasn't what I was looking for.
This sound effect doesn't make much sense for Freezerator, also I don't ever recall him walking apart from that one time.
They didn't even use this for any form of Boo.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. In the manga, King Kai says he's giving Yamcha, Tien, Piccolo and Chaozu tougher training than Goku got.
Also. Is Bulma touching her boobs when she says she's glad she's not a Namekian?
That's.
I mean, it isn't exactly out of character.
"Together we'll have no trouble defrosting this Freeza" holy shit Piccolo made a pun.

Really? But as far as we know, they never learned the Kaiouken right? How could they have gotten tougher training than that.
Sounds like another moment where Toriyama had something else planned, then changed his mind.
One Strip! One Strip! No time wasted teaching them a technique that would've probably liquified their bodies in the real world anyway, meaning, they focused entirely on increasing their base powerlevel instead of learning super complicated techniques.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI mean. King Kai says that they have to make him laugh.
And the narration caption says it will be Tien and Piccolo's greatest challenge yet.
Maybe they never did, or it took them too long to learn anything.
It only took Goku six days to get to Namek. So Piccolo wasn't there for much more than a week.
The Kaioken couldn't do much to Piccolo he wouldn't be able to regenerate.
Also, Tien says that he can't surpass Goku at the same training regimen, so what he plans to do is learn the technique and put his own twist on it.
Besides. Do we actually know Tien doesn't know the Kaioken? We don't see him fight much after Nappa.

Well, what if it exploded his head?
He can't regenerate that.
On a completely different note, Cell could probably use the Kaiouken.
One Strip! One Strip!"Kaioken - oh shit my body is crippled, I have to regenerate - Kaioken - oh shit my body is crippled, I have to regenerate - Kaioken - oh shit my body is crippled, and I can't regenerate anymore because the Kaioken exhausts me and regenerating is exhausting and I haven't been able to do anything because the Kaioken turns my body to mush before I can actually use it to do anything"
Or, in other words, if he didn't learn it, it probably didn't work for him.

Well, it looks like it's a 'babysitting Pan' episode. Pilaf gang is involved, a lot of shenanigans are probably going to happen. But there's one point where baby Pan has a Battle Aura. A white/clear one, but still. It's clearly implying the baby is pretty strong.
And if Baby Pan is strong, it'll be even more likely that grown-up Pan will be strong. Unless this is all just a Call-Forward to GT Pan. Which would be terrible.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!
