Why hasn't Goku's casual driving clothes been in any games?
◊
It be fun beating up opponents with tacky shirts.

This is the universe where the closest thing to Big Good decided to give one of his strongest enemies a Senzu Bean before throwing his 11-year-old son pacifist son to him without any consultation at all.
Goku's not and as far as I can remember has never been the Big Good, did you even...never mind. North Kaio, King Kai whatever, he would have been the big good at that point, him or King Yenma/Emma Dao.
And no, Mr. Satan is still the hero to the majority of the human population in Dragon Ball Online. The only reason he seems more minor in that game is because most of the time you are talking to colonization elements from Namek(elements who look up to Piccolo, Dende and Naraka), the explosion of the maijin race(who admire the fat Buu and Buuby), an effort to restart the human-animal nation(admire The Red Ribbon), Freeza army remnants(who admire Freeza) Time Breakers(who admire Goku) or a few dedicated human martial artists who may or may not be temporally displaced saiyan hybrids(who admire Tien and Krillen). The general population you don't interact with during your Knight Errant/time patrol duties? They still think Satan is the world hero, long after Pan most likely died.

Buldogue's lawyerI wonder why people think Gohan is a pacifist.
He's not.
He just doesn't like fighting. As in, he doesn't like having to fight.
Of course, to Goku the idea of not wanting to fight a strong opponent is completely alien, so of course he didn't think Gohan wouldn't want to stomp all over Cell's face.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariWell I've read through the Naruto thread, and mostly saw a lot of stuff about Uchiha's being monstrous mass murderers whom everyone ignores the crimes of, complaints about female characters, plot holes, retcons, idiot plots and finally something about the main character's lack of drive.
And as unfair as I think it is to use Dragon Ball to beat up on Naruto(I was under the impression that's what One Piece was for) does everyone still reject or have no opinion over my idea of having Dragon Ball villains based on Naruto (if not Bleach or One Piece)?
Buldogue's lawyerI like to headcanon that the Senzu was part of Gohan's breakdown. Goku giving Cell a Senzu communicated to Gohan that the stakes weren't half as dire as he'd been led to believe, accentuating his interpretation that he is not fighting for the fate of the world, but just to flagellate Cell and Goku's egos.
That interpretation, of course, led to his refusal to fight. Instead of
- CELL: I will blow up the planet if left unchecked!
- GOKU: Oh no! You must be stopped at all costs, or else the world is doomed! Only Gohan can save us now!
Gohan came away hearing
- CELL: I'm a stupid asshole who wants to beat up strong guys for NO REASON!
- GOKU: Challenge accepted! I bet my son can beat you up.
- CELL: You're on!

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Cell had already made it clear that he was planning to kill everyone on Earth if no one beat him though. Whether his reasons were good and not stupid (and honestly, I doubt anyone thought they were to begin with) I don't see how Gohan can think the stakes have just been lowered just because Cell wants to have some fun.

Until he actually proved that he was willing and able to detroy Earth, Cell's threats were as legitimate as Vegeta's. Remember: Cell might be a genocidal lunatic... but that's not that big a deal. Vegeta's killed billions. Cell probably didn't even reach one million.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariUh... I don't know if you know this, but you probably should.
Vegeta enjoyed his job.
A lot.
Vegeta was monstrously evil before he turned his life around. I'd like to remind you that he wiped out a namekian village just because they were there. And he taunted their brothers about the fact that they would never be coming back to life. That's why nothing short of knowingly and willingly damning his own soul to hell in a last ditch effort to clean up his own mess is enough to get him to be declared a good guy, and even so, he's still going to go to hell when he dies.
Also Vegeta tried to blow up Earth too.
Cell is no worse than Vegeta and, in fact, is a lot less bad.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariWell, Vegeta would be going to hell, but I'm pretty sure nobody wants to be the one to tell a Warrior God capable of breaking dimensions that they can't go to the afterlife for warriors.

Yes, Vegeta liked what he did, and so did Frieza. The thing is, they had reasons for why they did those horrible things, even if they took enjoyment out of them. Frieza (and for a time Vegeta) wanted to rule the universe. They didn't just go to random planets and genocide them. Vegeta didn't try to blow up the Earth just for kicks.
Cell had no reason for anything he did and admitted it. He didn't have a reason for becoming complete other than he wanted to and admits as much, it was power for powers sake, especially seeing as he was already the strongest creature on the planet in his timeline.
Similarly, after becoming complete he had no real reason to continue killing but he made it perfectly clear he would continue to do so because he enjoyed doing so. Again, unlike with Vegeta or Frieza, for Cell, the killing in and of itself was the point. The other two wouldn't just randomly kill everyone after getting what they wanted; they wanted to rule over people. Cell didn't have anything like that he just really liked killing in a way they just didn't.
Cell is only "a lot less bad" than them if the raw numbers are the only thing that matters to you and not why the characters are actually doing what they're doing. And the only reason Cell didn't have numbers on them is because he was killed before he had to chance to try.

I love that all of us here have genuinely accepted that the universe we have been following for decades in the evil one.
