If you're seeing a Bra, you're probably watching an ecchi anime and not Dragon Ball.

To be fair
, Vegeta gets his teeth kicked in more often than not. Include the movies (since Toei apparently influences Super quite a bit), Vegeta gets wrecked in less than 5 minutes in almost every film.
It's not that different from how Goku learned the Kaioken off-screen, or Super Saiyan 3 off-screen - except here we were given a "requirement" for the transformation and now Super's supposedly saying it isn't necessary. And even then, he's training with a deity.
Frieza also obtained a god form through some unknown training.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Well good for him but that doesn't actually explain how he did it. If just training with someone with godly ki was enough Goku probably would have got it training with King Kai.
They didn't say Goku was smart they said Super was making him look dumber to make Vegeta look better. And him not knowing what marriage is was not a sign of stupidity. It's unreasonable to expect a person who has lived in total isolation, without ever even hearing about the concept, to know what it means. People actually have to learn things, contrary to popular opinions there are very few, if any, things in life we "just know".

Comparing Whis to Kaiou-sama is the most hilarious thing I've heard today.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Wasn't there that thing where you can't sense god ki?
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Indeed.
It's been shown that Goku and friends can sense the Kais and Supreme Kais.
Beerus and Whis are in their own league.
One Strip! One Strip! The fact that Frieza was able to train himself to Godhood proves that it isn't just a Saiyan thing. Presumably there exists a level of power above which one becomes a God. Similarly, if one becomes a God, they achieve a certain level of power to correspond with it.
Simple explanation: The Super Saiyan God ritual is just one of the methods of God ascension that are possible; this one exclusive to Saiyans. Some other races might have other means for becoming a God, and anyone becomes a God if they can grind their power far enough.
Goku became a God by ritual and gained the power with it. He remained at God level by somehow retaining the power. Frieza and Vegeta, on the other hand, increased their strength to God levels the hard way and obtained Godly Ki as a result of crossing that threshold.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.If we ignore the silliness of Goku's power retention coming as a result of whining about relying on others, then it's entirely appropriate to their characters.
Goku, as per his character, became a God through the assistance of others teaching him new skills and helping him raise his strength. Vegeta and Frieza, meanwhile, are just naturally gifted and get better results from less effort.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Just so you know, I don't think that's Bra. I think it's a flashback to a young Bulma at the end of Jaco the Galactic Patrolman. Meaning it's going to be the first part of the Jaco manga that's going to be animated. Which is awesome.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Part of me likes to think the Kais have godly ki, but then I recognize that doesn't quite match what we see.
I mean.
I like the idea that the powers of creation and destruction are theoretically equal, but the power of creation is divided and embodied in many individuals while destruction just has Beerus.
Also Whis doesn't count. Whis isn't creation or destruction. Whis is just Whis.
Of course, all the Supreme Kais dying like they did probably throws the balance off by a lot.
The Kaio can definitely be sensed, since Goku teleported to North Kaio multiple times. Can the Kaioshin be sensed though? I distinctly recall no-one knowing how strong either of them were until they were in combat and East managed to survive Buu's attack and get away with nobody knowing. I don't think anything actually contradicts the Kaioshin having Godly Ki.
I get the impression that people can sense that Beerus has power.
Like, there's a difference between Beerus and the androids. When people that can sense ki are around Beerus it's less like he has no energy and more like he has so much that it's overwhelming. They can't get a grasp on it, and they can't pinpoint it in terms of like location, or measure it but.

Not being able to tell how strong Kaioshin was until he was directly in combat doesn't mean he's unsensable. It just means he can suppress his ki.
Goku couldn't sense Frieza's full power until he started using it either; this is relevant when he fires the x20 Kamehameha. Goku notes when he fires it that it only has a shot of working if Frieza's been bluffing about his true power all this time.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! No, unless Super's pulled some more BS, Godly Ki can't be sensed at all by non-gods. No one other than Kaiou, Elder Kaioushin, and Kibitoshin could sense Beerus and Whis (and, presumably, Goku once he became a Super Saiyan God).

That was pretty cool but the animation frequently dipped into Uncanny Valley.
