I really don't think Dragon Ball is filmable.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. When I saw Man of Steel, I thought that the people who did the effects for it would be an infinitely better choice for a DBZ movie than a Superman movie.
A live action DB movie is definitely a thing that can happen. Thing is, it requires non-stupid people to make it, and that's apparently not an option in Hollywood.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariWell, lets see how this goes shall we?
And yeah. Evolution pissing him off enough to come back to the franchise is in fact old news.
I do wonder what he's gonna do now.
One Strip! One Strip! It might just be the fact that there's been a lot of QUALITY animation going on...

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariMost likely, he had heard about Episode 5, just as we did.
I mean, the animation for that episode was so bad, they had to fix it for the Blu-rays. And they NEVER fix animation for blu-rays for long-running series like this. They don't do it for One Piece. Sailor Moon Crystal is a bit different.
There must have been a LOT of backlash against that episode. Why else would they spend time fixing it?
But from what I can tell, Super is just so poorly handled right now that the animators don't even have time to look over their work properly. It's not that they're purposely being cheap (although that's part of it). It's just that the entire production has been a complete mess, and that's why it looks so bad.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I don't know if they're Konami levels. Do they turn their franchises into-
Oh, wait. They probably DO have One Piece Pachinko machines. Why wouldn't they?
...ignore my comment.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Well, Super hasn't done anything NEW for him to complain about yet.
But it's pretty clear that he was involved more in the original movies than the retellings. I really doubt he would have included references to filler.
I'm fairly sure he was complaining about the animation quality (and specifically Episode 5). Not that 'he didn't like the story' or anything.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! The only things that were bad about the RF arc were the Goku/Freeza fight and Ginyu's reappearance. Everything else was alright and sometimes even an improvement over the movie.
At least, that's my opinion.
