I find it odder these short limited release movies and arcade games are successful but apparently no one wanted to play a Dragon Ball Mass Multiplayer Online game. I'm not the biggest fan of Final Fantasy XII or World Of Warcraft myself but I don't understand what gave those games the longevity Dragon Ball Online didn't have.
Was there some subtlety to grinding rodents in the other two games only true fans of the genre could appreciate. Maybe it was the slow flight or lack of aerial combat? I can see how spending most of a Dragon Ball game on foot would be a let down. Maybe it was the Only Six Faces aspect of customization? I didn't ever see complaints, not in mass anyway. The Japanese player base seemed positive enough. Was it another Asian server that hated it?
Buldogue's lawyerGolden Freeza, Beerus\Champa(more entries on the Cat Girl page, yay!), three eyes like Tien, no nose like Krillen, Machine Mutant, Shadow Dragon, Super Saiyan Four, Roshi and Baba.

Buldogue's lawyerThey'd get Blue Hair. Definitely. I never really thought about it, but...yeah, the avatars get all of the canon transformations. Now they're getting the ones in Super.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! That does set a good precedent. Xenoverse the Sequel may give Saiyans the ability to go God. It'd be nice if it made up some bullshit ritual that let everyone else ascend to Godhood too. It can always use Whis as a handwave. After all, he is Whis.
Also getting to make Avatars of the Kai species would be cool. So would cat people. Might be fun seeing Beerus' reactions to having an apprentice of his own species.
(inb4 they add it, but instead of having both be like Beerus, the females of the species are your traditional Cat Girl instead)

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThat was a stupid decision.
It was never intended to be limited to Korea.
It was released their first with plans to roll it out to other countries and did come to Taiwan and Hong Kong.
And the type of MMO it is (cash shop funded) is extremely popular in Korea and Hong Kong. If it couldn't succeed there, it was unlikely it would succeed elsewhere. That's why it was shut down.
Given the Serial Escalation, yea. I'd kind of prefer if Beerus and Whis actually stay above those two though. Let at least one deity not have their status be made ultimately pointless by how strong the saiyans are.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.New transformations are almost inevitable, although I don't think they're necessary. I do think Toriyama will probably keep them to one or two transformations at a time, though, like how Super Saiyan God replaced everything else, then Goku went back to Super Saiyan 1, then Super Saiyan Blue.
As for when they should surpass them, I think keeping Beerus and Whis above them forever would just get cramped. I'd like for the progress to be slow though, Goku went form "lost to 70% Beerus" to "could match Beerus alongside Vegeta".
I'd like to go through a period where Goku and Vegeta are equal to Beerus. That could last quite a while.
Then after they surpass him, they don't need to surpass Whis right away. Beerus might also eventually surpass Whis, just to shake up the dynamic a bit. It'd be cool to see Beerus surpass Goku or Vegeta again as well.
Eventually I want to see Whis/Vados surpassed because I don't want them ending up in a Vegetto position where they're treated like the fandom's Chuck Norris and considered impossible to beat.
The existence of Vados already means Whis can lose. In fact, if he does prove to have surpassed her in the last 1000 years, all that will prove is that they are both beatable. Prior to the introduction of Beerus on the other hand, Vegito was pretty much unbeatable.
Given the rules of the setting, beating Vegito was never impossible (Gohan and Super Buu are both stronger than Goku and Vegita, they fuse using the Kaioshin earrings and the result should be powerful enough), but no situation where Vegito could lose had been brought to the audience's attention. Whis/Vados don't have that luxury.
And I don't see what's wrong with leaving Beerus and Whis above Goku and Vegeta. Even though they are stronger, it takes time to get in contact with them, it takes more time for Whis to reach them, Whis needs three minutes to fix any damage done and they're not in any particular rush to join any side of a conflict, so Deus ex Machina is pretty easy to avoid.
I agree it would be more interesting if there were reasons why Goku and Vegeta remained behind Beerus and Whis, if they actually became as strong as the two used to be only to learn that's no longer adequate, but for now I'm fine if red guy becomes Goku's new rival.
Buldogue's lawyerActually, Super Buu and Gohan wouldn't get the rivalry bonus Goku and Vegeta had, so we don't know if a fusion between them would be enough. Particularly considering Super Buu + Gohan + Piccolo + Goten + Trunks wasn't enough to even make Vegetto break a sweat.
If a normal fusion is greater than the sum of its parts, Vegetto took that concept and flew away with it.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThat's just what was said about Potara fusion.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. The subs I watched implied Gohan could follow the fight.
Bulma's comment made it sound like Jaco's just meant to have special eyesight, so it's not like the usual "guy who can follow the fight could be stronger than the others" moment.
But it could very well be building up to something for Jaco, especially given that Super made him even less involved in the fighting. Perhaps they want him to surprise the audience when he next fights.

As Saiga already said, Gohan could follow it. As for Jaco, I agree it's less that he can sense their Ki or anything, and most likely more that his eyes are just better than human eyes.
He did seem pretty strong compared to average Frieza mooks in the movie. Wonder why they toned him down in Super?
One Strip! One Strip!

Anyone find it odd Dimps is putting all this DBO/XV lore in DBH before making DBXV2.
