Tarble, who couldn't even beat regular Freezer and went running to Vegeta is ahead of SSGSS Vegeta and Golden Freezer.
Towa, who created the android Miira to fight battles she couldn't, is ahead of Miira.
Regular Broly ranks higher than SS3 Broly.
Someone other than Whis or his female counterpart have the top spot and it isn't someone with a power level negating gimmick like Captain Ginyu or Hirudegarn.
Time Breaker Bardock ranks above two versions of Miira, despite nearly dying during their fight in Dragon Ball Online with Miira not being harmed in the slightest. Time Breaker Bardock is, like, Trunk's evil counterpart. He's such a lightweight on the Sorting Algorithm of Evil that he's no longer a threat by the Namek era. Miira's supposed to be a super boss you need a team of super form time patrol officers using a carefully coordinated plan to beat. He's above android era super bosses, the most super of the super bosses revealed before DBO shutdown. Think about all the big bad final bosses of World Of War Craft's various expansion packs. Miira's simply the first of them in a game that was Cut Short, masked Bardock doesn't even rate.
That there is a list where Tarble even ranks, combined with the fact Bardock has Super Saiyan 3 suggests Dragon Ball Heroes is one very wacky alternate continuity that cares very little for anything previously established about the characters beyond their names and appearance.
But the fans consistently rank Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan ahead of Super Saiyan Four, that shows they've got taste. If people with taste take part in a poll that means Heroes may just be worth it, despite the how skewered the power scale is.

Buldogue's lawyerHe kicks ass in Dragon Ball Heroes, I get it. Time Breaker Bardock was far from being some unassailable super boss in Dragon Ball Online though. He couldn't even hurt Miira. The Time Breakers taking over his mind was more representative of Miira's irrational obsession with Goku, I don't get why Heroes decided to make him stronger than two versions of Miira.
edit: Gogeta is a fusion. Every place where there is a Super Saiyan 4 and Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan version of the same character, Blue is the preferred color.

Buldogue's lawyerIs that "strongest" list just a poll on which characters are the best gameplaywise, you know, tiers?
Oh f'ck this, I'm out.
The concept of Gohan attaining SS 4 agitates me for some reason, Gohan wouldn't take it that far. I don't mind it so much with Broly - he's already given ridiculous hype every time he appears. If GT hadn't existed, SSJ 4's design would be my pick for Broly's transformed state. With Gohan it just looks weird.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Of course it looks weird on Gohan because the point of Gohan is that he no longer needs to transform, his Ultimate form is supposed to be the best and most powerful powerup in the series, and it's only ever outdone by Goku and Vegeta flat out achieving apotheosis.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariWhich is almost certainly true. And it's likely that they polled mostly fangirls.
I mean, this is the same country that voted Uchiha Itachi as Best Big Brother, and IIRC, Namikaze Minato was in the top ten best fathers.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari
Wait, are you serious?
Please tell me people didn't put Goku in that list of good fathers.
...heck, does Shonen even HAVE good fathers? Ever?
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! But Goku is a good father, or at least makes an active effort to be after the Buu Saga. He's been spending time with his family throughout. What he isn't is a good friend. He hasn't been keeping up with his friends.
And though Neko Majin Z is out of continuity, it does suggest that taking Uub with him to check up on the family would have been part of the routine had Dragon Ball continued linearly.
Buldogue's lawyerDragon Ball Super manga chapter 6 is out:
Beerus and Champa fighting over cake, destroying planets with punches and kicks in the process and exterminating at least one race of intelligent beings.
Can we appreciate for a moment how weird it is that Universe destroying Gods of Destruction have butlers, and those butlers are even more powerful than them? Because it's weird.
Apparently Nameks only stole a piece of the Super Dragon Balls... how did Kami made a new set on Earth then?
Champa underestimates Goku and Vegeta because he only saw them fight in those absurdly heavy clothes. This will come bite him in the ass I think.
Piccolo? Sorry, but he's so far outclassed that his performance will be inconsequential here. Also I love how Goku shot down the idea of asking Gohan with what amounted to "Nah, he's a nerd now."
So there is one more person in the Universe 7 that's stronger than Goku. And of course Goku is super excited about that.
I like how they acknowledge that the only thing on the line here is Beerus pride. But they'll fight at 100% regardless because that's what they do.
Edge of the universe... that's not how universe works, like at all.
Holy molly, Thighs shows up in the main manga? Hopefully someone will translate Jaco now. Also, her eyes are weird. And she looks younger than Bulma, despite being like ten years older at least. Then again, their mother doesn't age either.
So if universe has an edge, can't you just point your spaceship in the opposite direction and that will be the center of the universe? Doesn't seem too complicated to me.
This is official now - Sayians like strong willed women. This explains so much.
Also love how utterly shocked Piccolo is. Dude, you are an genderless alien who spent most of his life on various wastelands, what would you know about relationship anyways?
Champa might be a God of Destruction, but he's a polite host.
New Sayians! Each one will give rise to something like five or six Heroes cards.

The Jaco manga was already officially translated.
And I feel like the Piccolo line...somewhere in the manga, he has a line where he's like "so, this is love? I don't understand it, and I don't think I want to." That's probably where it comes from.
Jaco is the best addition to the franchise. Like, seriously. Did you see his selfie on Tights's wall?
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!

When it comes to Dragon Ball Heroes, never sarcastically ask "What's next" because the answer will probably be "Whatever idea you had that was the dumbest."
My various fanfics.
