Seriously, watch your step with this topic. I'm the resident Immortality Seeker around here.

Hades was never a villain in the Greek myths, but he's technically not the God of Death, he's the God of the Dead. Thanatos is the God of Death.
How about we change topics then if it's gonna end with everyone getting pissed off at each other?

Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?
I keep tangling myself up like that, don't I.
I feel like accepting death is suicide and telling other people to accept death is murder. That skews my perception on a lot of things.
EDIT: Whenever someone says "Super S___", my mind can't help but immediately go something like "The Legendary Super Sexist" in this case.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerIt's like worrying that a meteor can hit Earth at any time. It's irrational and pointless because you, in particular (probably), can't actually do anything to help. There's no point worrying about death because there's nothing anyone can do to prevent it. The only thing you can do is try to stave it off as long as you can and wonder how it'll happen.
Christ, you're starting to sound just like me when I end up arguing with my friends. I usually start it and tangle myself up in it.
And let me tell you what suicide is: taking fate into your own hands and selfishly casting away your own life at the cost of those who love you. Accepting death isn't suicide, it's a wake up call. We have a finite amount of days, so what are you going to do about it? I can't speak for what you'll do, but I'm sure as hell gonna make the most of it.

Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?See, I literally feel like everyone's pointing a gun at me right now.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerIt started because I brought up that it bugs me how Beerus is portrayed as being necessary instead of another villain that should be killed.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerOh.
Well that I can see someone having a problem with. The Balance Between Good and Evil tropes does often get used to promote a status quo going on when ending it is more beneficial.

You know, I was gonna re-rail this myself, but seriously, what are we gonna talk about?
The pointless sexism? The blatant excuses to keep certain characters out of the plot (Digimon Adventure Tri did it better, by outright beating the shit out of the characters it didn't need to be frank. At least that's a legitimate reason)? Beerus being a dickwad (the only reason he doesn't take out everyone who he thinks has insulted him is because of some vague balance bullshit, and Whis being strong, and Whis seems pretty casual about stopping Beerus from destroying shit he's not supposed to destroy if you ask me).
I'd rather see a discussion about the inevitability of death and how we must all accept it.....which they don't even fucking do in Dragon Ball anyway!
One Strip! One Strip!

...
...Why is everyone so damn suicidal in their outlook nowadays? I just don't get it.
