People don't actually rip on Krillin.
Him, they like, probably due to his big role on Namek.
One Strip! One Strip! No. I thought that as well, but what it really is is that he can do it with one hand. But doing so slows the charge time, hence the 5 minute wait. Piccolo was using an imperfect version at the time due to Raditz dis-arming him.
I'd assume the two handed version has all the strengths of the one handed version, with faster charge time as well.
One Strip! One Strip!I can't help but wonder why Cell only uses one hand for it, then.
Not arguing. Just wondering.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerI should probably get around to the manga sometime.
That said, I don't know if I'd like it quite as much because I'm a sucker for extra stuff. I'm a bit backwards like that.

There's some Krillin ripping. The part of the Broken Base that resents how the humans got screwed has another Broken Base within it about whether by "the humans" you mean Krillin or Tien.
Tien's fans despise the fact that Krillin surpassed him by a wide margin on Namek and like to argue that he made up the difference during the Cell arc with all his intense mountain training despite no evidence existing to suggest such.

Because Cell only uses the Makankosappo in anime filler. In the manga, his use of the Kamehameha is what tips Piccolo off that Cell is more than what he seems, but the anime threw the Makankosappo in there - probably due to the Fridge Logic that Cell using the Kamehameha isn't quite as special given how many characters can do it.
Team Four Star lampooned this same Fridge Logic. "Only Goku can use that move! And Master Roshi. And Krillin. And Yamcha. And me that one time I did it just to see if I could."
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.I might be mistaken but I can't recall any instance of Tien using the Kamehameha.
He has a technique for deflecting it, but I don't think he's ever fired it himself. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Apparently he did against Roshi in Dragon Ball
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Sure enough. I just checked the manga, it's there too. Tien's Kamehameha was the last exchange of their match, before "Jackie Chun" quit the field. He fires it in response to learning that Chun is Kame-sennin as a "Fuck You" sort of move.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.New info on Dragon Ball Heroes:
- A poll on the website confirms Time Patrol Trunks and Time Patrol Bardock have SSJ2 forms.
- It also confirms that GT Trunks, GT Goten and GT Gohan have base form Baby-Infected cards, so that probably means their infected forms are their own characters.
- The small, fat Janembas are called Doppelganger Janemba.
- Buff LSSJ4 Broly is a secret boss that happens after doing something special after defeating the powered up Time Breakers.
- Frieza's getting a new form... Angered Golden Form.
Things are getting weird and crazy...
For such a tall guy, it is.
