Oh yeah. I forgot about that.
......Yeesh. I really do think Toriyama needed to plan things out a lot more, especially in regards to how he used his characters.
One Strip! One Strip!Pretty much yea; Chi-Chi was really just a baby boomer and nothing more, the few scenes she had were just supposed to be exaggerated for comedy. Toei just took that, flanderized it, and made it her entire character.
He is, we're just saying he's got more concerns than how Chi Chi is treated :V

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.![]()
Well, that's the point. If he'd given her more of a personality as opposed to only re-introducing her so that he could marry he to Goku and have Gohan, maybe then she wouldn't have such a shitty Filler personality.
I mean, the author decides how important a character is or isn't right. I feel every character has potential, and the author is charged with bringing it out. He could have done far more with her than she did.
Then again, I believe he's said he's not much for romance, and while I'm grateful he didn't bog down the story in such things, maybe he could have put more effort into the wife of his main character.
One Strip! One Strip! At this point the best human females to use, if you're going to have them get into KI powered martial arts battles are Videl, a competitive martial artist and Android 18, who though surpassed by the saiyans and Piccolo during her own saga, is still stronger than all the other humans, can't get tired and(probably) doesn't need to eat.
Speaking of Dragon Ball Online, it's also one of the few places in Dragon Ball where Zerg Rush actually works, probably because it's an open world RPG that encourages players to form squads, but still.
Buldogue's lawyer
Dunno about that. Whis does mention it's been 1000 years since she trained him. Knowing Dragon Ball, they might just decide Whis is still stronger than Vados because...reasons. Like how 17 was stronger than 18.
And on Chi-Chi, I've heard people saying "The staff at Toei must be big Vegeta/Bulma fans, but not Goku/Chi-Chi fans". Why else do they put so much Bulma/Vegeta in Super? I mean, that's just baseless speculation, but, yeah.
I blame Toei.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Toriyama at least came up with a reason for 17 being stronger than 18.
About that 1000 years thing, seeing as how the characters in question are tens of millions, possibly hundreds of millions years old, shouldn't that be the equivalent of Whis saying "You don't know how strong I am because we haven't trained together in a millisecond" to them?
And it also assumes that she hasn't been training for some reason.

I feel like that should be a law of robotics in fiction. The more powerful the robot/android/what-have-you, the more likely they are to go out of control.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!16 was arguably the only success.
If he hadn't been dumb enough to make him look like his son and get all sentimental, he might have accomplished his goal of killing Goku by just sending him out.
One Strip! One Strip!Vados still training doesn't mean Whis couldn't surpass or at least become her equal. Vegeta never stopped training but Goku surpassed him, Trunks didn't stop training but Vegeta surpassed him, Goku and Vegeta both kept training and that didn't stop Freeza from surpassing them, Tien didn't stop training but Krillen...you get the point. She could just remain stronger like 18 does to every human not named Uub but who knows. They're probably going to fight soon so we should find out.
I used Buuby and Towa instead of Vados because Dragon Ball Online had input from Toriyama too and well, we know something about them even if DBO was never finished. We still don't have a lot to say about Vados. Hell, it's just recently we were calling her Wine. We were at "Beerus is Bills
" levels of unknowledge.

I wish Toriyama would do something about some of this, but I don't think he really cares.
I mean, he'll jump to correct any misinterpretations about Goku, but doesn't nothing to fix anyone else.
