Great Saiyaman was hilarious fun.
Though I love the way Videl found out about Gohan's secret in the original manga.
Hell, while I get why Saiga hates the Buu series, I enjoyed how ridiculous he was in all his forms.
No matter what, he was always doing something silly.
I liked Saiyaman's arc for how geeky and dorky it was. It really shows that Gohan had barely any interaction with people his own age and has a crazy idea of what's "cool" or not. That said, I would never be able to stomach a whole series like that. I like the Z portion better than "Dragonball" because it's srz bznz and has Vegeta.
If they're doing a new series, they could do one about King Vegeta. Bardock is played out and they really shouldn't touch his character anymore, especially after that godawful SS Bardock cash-in stunt. King Vegeta is the major player of the Saiyan side yet we know next to nothing about him. It would be cool, but I doubt he'll ever be revisited.
"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."Something's been bugging me.
Kaioken x__ means multiplying power by the number, right?
So... how do "Kaioken" and "Kaioken x2" make sense together? Wouldn't just a plain old Kaioken do nothing if it's an implied x1?
Also, I refuse to accept the Kaioken x100 at the end of Lord Slug. That's going Super Saiyan 2.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! What about Kaioken 1.5?
One other question regarding multipliers. If Super Saiyan is x50 and Super Saiyan 2 is x100, what are the intermediate stages such as Ascended, Ultra, and Full Power?

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Ascended is a power and strength boost, but not up to SS 2's level.
Ultra increases muscle mass at the cost of speed.
Full Power minimizes energy usage while Super Saiyan.
It's just that Ascended Super Saiyan seems like it's more than twice as strong, or at least close, as regular Super Saiyan to me, considering Vegeta went from being curbstomped by the Androids to curbstomping Semi-Perfect Cell. But then, I suppose he also got just a base power boost too from the training.
And even if that's close, then there's Ultra on top of that which is even stronger.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So, this is the thing that always bothered me about Dragonball Z.
You see these guys busting mountains with their fists, but they can never seem to break the other guys' nose. No matter how many times you hit them in the face. Not enough broke bones or ripped off appendages. (props to Nappa for taking Tien's arm off.) Usually, they just end up with a lot of dirt on their face and some scratches.
And there's no real explanation. Just doing lots of push ups and drinking plenty of juice. I have to make an explanation one up. Like their Ki is always surrounding them and softening a lot of the hits.
And after the first 3 times, the dirt clouds with the "Ah, we finally defeated him, but oh no wait he wasn't hurt at all who could have foreseen this" reactions got old.
The fights could get a little boring too. My favorite parts ended up being the trash talk or whenever Vegeta opened his mouth.

Great Saiyaman was fan-fucking-tastic, and the related filler is the only filler I approve of.
