The same thing could be said about Grandpa Gohan for adopting Goku, or the Nameless Namekian for dividing to make the dragon balls. 'Go back far enough and some germ gets blamed for spitting in two.'

Dragonball Super's adopting this modern belief that anime need to have multiple ending themes. This idea is rotting a number of shows.
Naruto probably has 30 which are mostly non-sequiters and Naruto and Sasuke shipping, and that's just for one half of the series. God knows how many Bleach, One Piece, or Toriko have. Then there's shows like Attack on Titan and Kill La Kill, which have GREAT opening themes that get you pumped for the episode after... and then halfway through a season, or cour I guess, they switch it to a more docile song that's nowhere near as good, doesn't really compliment what's going on in the show.
You really don't need a lot of opening and ending songs. The majority end up being sucktacular. They just get pumped out with every season, every story arc. The first few are okay, the rest are meh.
Shows like Cowboy Bebop
and Hellsing
have one song to open with and to close with, and those are some of the most memorable anime themes in existence. Conversely, shows like Fullmetal Alchemist
, Haruhi Suzumiya
, Death Note
, they have multiple endings, but they serve a purpose: they compliment the show's mood, they're placed inside the episode instead of at the end, they usually show you what's happening in the current arc - and when they aren't doing that, there's a lot of noise, a lot of energy to distract the viewer.
DBS's ending, however, has everyone else drawn up to par, but Goku's face looks like a caricature. There's nothing going on here. Some shots of Super Saiyan Goku with a weird face. Dragonball's original ending theme wasn't particularly inspired
either - but you got to see images you didn't typically see in the series itself.
I mean, compare Super's second ending to any of the franchise's past endings.
Super, you can do better.

Which means it wouldn't make a difference, don't forget that Beerus goes looking for Goku at King Kai's planet before going to earth.
Beerus only goes to Earth when he learns Vegeta is on earth. If Goku was dead, the same thing would happen.
Only Goku wouldn't be able to travel to Earth and become a SSG. Meaning nothing would stop Beerus from destroying the earth.
I think you're overreacting a bit.
Also, i like Kill la Kill's second opening better than the first.
Changing intros is a fact of modern Anime.

Hellsing and Bebop are from a time when O Ps and E Ds where done differently altogether. "Anisongs" have become an industry unto itself, and that is simply a fact of modern anime. And stuff like the Big 3 are waaaay fucking longer.
You're argument also basically comes down to I Dont Like It Now It Sucks. Whether or note a given song fits the mood of the anime is purely subjective

Hellsing Ultimate only has 11 volumes and no OP or ED. The original Hellsing anime has 13 episodes.
Well, the whole point is that Anime are essentially advertisements for what they are adapted from. With long running Shonen, they change them up so that any juicy details in later portions of whatever is being adapted is advertised.
It's actually always been this way. Just not as done often because older anime tended to have lower budgets on the whole.
Watch SymphogearIf you have a way to binge watch something, wouldn't you skip intros and endings eventually anyway?
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. For me, that depends on whether or not I love them. For Dragon Ball, I skipped them but I always watch the OP for Kai and the 1st ED.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! That. If you're binge watching, then you're not watching it on TV, so why are you watching the opening and ending at all?
The thing is, an opening or ending sequence should be iconic of the series. It's okay to change it if it isn't all that good, or if you think you have a better one, but having a new one every couple of episodes just makes it so that none of them, no matter how good they are, becomes truly iconic of the series.

No, that reasoning was given during the Cell arc. The Buu arc was about aliens coming to harass Earth even when Goku was gone, making him desperate to get his kid's act together so they could continue to defend the planet once his time in the living world was gone.
That plot line got dropped when Gotenks and Gohan screwed up, causing elder Kaioshin to give Goku a second shot at life, so now he's just resolved to fact more threats will come. Uub, as well as his final speech to Goten and Trunks, is a retread on a finding a new protector for Earth the difference being that it's for when Goku eventually kicks the bucket rather than a mad scramble after the fact.
The irony is that Freeza's forces were actively avoiding Earth for fear of invoking Goku's wrath, meaning that aside from Beerus, who probably would not have tried to destroy Earth anyway if not for Majin Buu, and Freeza himself, Goku was actually mistaken, his presence was acting as a deterrent.
