Not like it matters much. They're basically the same attack. The motions are different but a giant beam is a giant beam.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.amusingly, xenoverse even touches on Goku's fighting genius even early.
- spoilers*
early on , you end up switched with Ginyu instead of Goku; It takes Goku like half a minute to puzzle out what happened and immediately rewrite his battle plan around you having Ginyu's body.
Thats why vegeta fails, his only plan is always "GET STRONGERRRR"
Goku on the other hand, for all his book-dumbness, can analyze a fight in seconds and write a plan around the strengths and weaknesses of everyone present.

LOL Wouldn't that be hilarious? If Super treats Resurrection F as a footnote (ala Garlic Jr. in Abridged XD) and does skip directly to Champa.
Though this is prime expansion material though, so I hope they don't. I want to see stuff like how Vegeta first becomes Super Saiyan God, or what kind of training Frieza has to do (throwing planets?).
Also Jaco. Because we have to have Jaco.

And that in itself suggests the anime version of Resurrection 'F' won't deviate much from the original movie.
...damn.
I've still got my fingers crossed for giving Gohan Ultimate in this version. It's not likely, but...the only reason I can think of for them nerfing him THAT much was because merchandise. And that's not as important in a weekly series than in a movie.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Oh.
Erm. Strong enough to take a hard one to the face from Lord Beerus?
Like you said, there really isn't a "scale" anymore, just whatever Roshi or Piccolo feel is adequate enough to comment on. Not even Lord Beerus's estimations of Goku's power are accurate anymore.
From what others have said about Episodes 12 and 13, Goku's only doing slightly better because Beerus is choosing to hold back this time - which could be a load of crap, just like how he fired a blast at the Earth and claimed he was tired.
Visually, Goku's doing better because the anime needs to pad out the time. Statistically, he's still fighting an uphill battle.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I swear, this is one of the times where Super probably NEEDS a guidebook to tell us how powerful everyone is. It's been 4 episodes, and I still can't fully work out who's supposed to be stronger.
I'm sure the answer is Beerus, but the anime is doing a good job of showing otherwise.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! What the heck was up with Goku and Beerus' auras turning into dragons anyway? Pure Rule of Cool?
Well, they didn't want to have an Artifact Title, but after they drew huge balls on the dragons those were vetoed by the editors. All that was left was the dragons.
Hello guys, this is my first post so nice to meet you all.
The power scale in Super bothers me too. While it's nice to have feats to put things in perspective it seems to me those feats just create a false sense of suspense. As do Goku's multiple power ups throughout his fight with Beerus. Though I liked the idea of Super Saiyan God as a new state that was difficult to master it soon became annoying to see Goku reach his true real maximum potentiel over and over and over again. Especially since I've see Battle of Gods and therefore know that he'll eventually lose. And even if I didn't it still looks obvious to me that Beerus is better than him. So I really feel like they overused an interesting concept for the sake of prolonging a fight more than it was needed.
Hey. Yeah, I think I would actually prefer the Super version of the fight to the Bo G version if it wasn't so stretched out.

I kinda want the Godly Final Flash from Heroes to be a thing in later games or Super. It's so damn cool.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!
