We know nothing about Ten from his time before being a student of The Crane Hermit....just like we know nothing of Yamcha from before they met him....
We know Krillin was a monk who left due to being bullied, but nothing much beyond that.
We also know nothing about how Bulma learned of the dragon balls, or how she created the radar.
There's quite a bit we don't know about the characters truthfully.
When did the Briefs family meet Jaco actually? I mean, Bulma was surprised back when Goku was revealed to be an alien, but she knew about this random space cop.
One Strip! One Strip!
x5 But what's to say their backstories are worth mentioning? Dragon Ball characters are typically not motivated by backstory (unlike many other shonen), instead being focused on the present. So their lives were probably pretty uneventful prior to the series, simply because Earth at the start of the series doesn't have a lot going on.
Also we do know how Bulma learned about the Dragon Balls - she found one in her attic and did some research on it after analyzing it and realizing it was unusual. This same analysis is what lead her to discover the unique frequency the balls give off, and that was how she made the Dragon Radar.
You say there's quite a bit we don't know about the characters but it seems more likely that there isn't anything significant left to cover.
If that's how you're going to act, then maybe you should follow that advice.
And in this week's Dragonball Super, apparently the impacts of Goku and Beeru's fists hitting each other are powerful enough to send ripples across space-time that could be felt in the Other World.
Oh, and they could vaporize planets apparently, though it does make you wonder how Earth, which is right under Beerus and Goku's battle, just gets your generic End of the World effects like earthquakes and whatnot...
Hellzone Grenade I suppose.
Though I can see why Arha thinks most blur together. A lot of attacks aren't named, don't do anything, or just look like another beam anyway.
And the ones that do stand out never really have much time to shine.
Hellzone Grenade is only used once, Kienzan cuts off Frieza's tail and that's it, Galic Gun and Final Flash might be different in power, but are functionally the same, etc, etc.....
Wait. I'm gonna change my vote to Kikoho/Tri-Beam.
We all know why.
One Strip! One Strip!
Because it's the only thing supporting all the wanking Tien gets.
I guess if I had to pick it would be Gotenks' exploding ghost things.

I admit that Tien gets put up on a pedestal that he does not deserve, but you got to admit, before Vegeta came along and rofl-stomped him, he came along and did far more than he had the right to.
Usually in that situation, a weaker character shows up, gets stomped in seconds without doing anything, and the villain goes on his merry way.
Tien actually held the line for far longer than anyone—Cell especially—would have expected. He knew he couldn't stop Cell, and yes, what he did ultimately meant nothing in the end (cause I know someone will bring that up to prove that Tien sucks) through no real fault of his own, but I just want to give him credit for going above and beyond the call of duty in that brief moment, and showing that a human character can be more than a glorified cheerleader or punching bag, even if they ultimately can't actually win the battle.
He accomplished exactly what he set out to do, despite being so weak as to be insignificant, and that's something.
So I vote Kikoho. I vote Kikoho.

One Strip! One Strip!

But we do know everything about Ten: fuck all.
