Ya know what'd be cool?
A game similar to Pokemon, but Dragon Ball. You get to collect heroes and villains (I guess via powerful holograms or something) and level them up to make them fight other people's teams. The Red Pants Army could try to stop you from collecting characters in a similar fashion to the terrorist groups from the Pokemon series, so you have to stop them somehow.
Leveling up characters will eventually cause certain characters to transform into a more powerful form, like the evolutions of Pokemon. Other means of transformation could be done by fusing two characters, using certain items (artificial moon for Oozaru forms, blutz waves for SSJ Oozaru forms, advanced tech for Cyborg forms, etc...) or so on.
Main mission: defeat the Red Pants Army and collect the dragon balls.

So Touhoumon, but in Dragon Ball version.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariSo, it's like Dragon Ball Heroes?
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!New Xenoverse patch is out.
- Added data for Resurrection "F" pack
- Added World Tournament functionality
- Increased level cap to 99 (!!!)
- Added new chat phrases
- Added new Event Quests
- Fixed bugs relating to knockback combos online
- Rebalanced several skills (Perfect Kamehameha, Evil Whirlwind, Gravity Impact, and Symphonic Destruction all had their invulnerability completely removed.)
- Rebalanced several Z-souls (The "Might as Well..." Z-Soul's stamina regeneration speed has been nerfed.)
They did it so it can no longer be spammed as much as it was. They made it useless in doing so.
Perfect Kamehameha is now also useless in combat. The only thing you're ever gonna hit with an ultimate that long with no invulnerability period is air.
Unless I'm getting it wrong and what was actually removed wasn't the Super Armor involved, in which case... meh. It doesn't make that big a difference. The moment it goes off it should still cancel pretty much everything hitting you.
So, I guess it's all Death Ball spam now. It deals less damage, but hey, it's homing.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThat's what I'm hoping the new event quests are.
I just noticed that "Dangerous Duo! Warriors Never Rest" now requires five dragon balls just to get the regular finish, instead of three. So that's something.
I also learned that after level 80, the wish to level up is subject to RNG. So if you're lucky, it will show up when Shernon is summoned.
Gravity Impact Combo'd into everything. It's a great move.
If the Super Armor is removed, then it's now practically useless, 'cause it takes forever to use. The only real way to consistently hit with it was to use it as a pseudo escape move.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThat 'hidden bonus' for reaching 99 is pathetic, considering how frikkin' insane the experience requirement is. Short of giving us quests that give five hundred thousand points per clear, I don't think it's even close to worth the time for the stats. Nearly two hundred Ape fights for, what, 48 stat points, I think?
Yeah, no. My attacking stat is maxed anyway, and some more health won't really make that huge a difference.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariWe Will Not Have Pockets in the Future indeed!
