That's how weighted training clothes have always worked.
Goku's wristbands had bits of metal in the fabric.
And Piccolo's shoulder pad thing
.
Because gravity training does the same thing better.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Why do both when you can just turn up the gravity?
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Goku has worn the weights while training in advanced gravity.
I'd assume there are benefits to combining them. If you can move at high speeds while wearing the weights in 300 times earth's gravity, then imagine how much of a beast you'd be without them in normal gravity.
As for Katchin, we don't know enough about it to know if it'd be good for weighed material in clothing. Goku did seem to briefly react when Supreme Kai tossed it to him, but he was able to throw it easily enough, so it might not actually be very heavy.
Now, it's quality as armour however, might be higher.

One Strip! One Strip!![]()
To specifically mess with your head.
Then you need both weighted clothes training and gravity training. You gotta speed up.

One Strip! One Strip! And in that time, we'll be even farther.
MWA HA HA HA HA HA AH AH AH HAAAA!!!!
Does anyone in this series have normal hair?
It seems like everyone's either bald or has an extreme case of Anime Hair.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseGod i hate sexism discussions. Only thing they actually do is make me wish Toriyama never bothered introducing any women into the series at all. Have it be a dickfest like Jojo. Show a woman losing or being weak? "Oh my god so sexist"! This logic is what causes shows like Korra and Fairy Tale to exist and be so terrible.
Anyway, Super Saiyan God, unlike Ten, was useful in that it was what convinced Beerus to only destroy a part of Earth instead of the whole.
"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."
I think I disagree with every single thing you said in that post.
This is some kind of record. I'm actually impressed.
Although, well, I've never actually seen Fairy Tale, so. I guess I don't have an opinion there. Nevermind.
And not being interested in telling stories about women doesn't do anything to combat sexism, and I for one would be talking about how there should be female characters.

Don't try to act you have some kind of moral high ground against me.
That aside, a lot of stuff I like would be better-served just eschewing female characters since people on the internet seem to think female characters all need to be just female counterparts of prominent male character OR be completely infallible, and anything less is sexism.
Dragonball can't escape it, Bleach can't escape it, Star Wars can't escape it, Magic the Gathering can't escape it. It's just fucking ugh. I hate tumblr and this "logic" it has let spread like wildfire across the internet.
"If you weren't so crazy I'd think you were insane."...I'm confused by how you think that's a description of anything I've done.
I mean, I try not to act like I have the moral high ground over anyone. I have certain beliefs about right and wrong I hold strongly, and I argue passionately about them. But I honestly always try to respect other people. Even if I can't always respect their arguments in some rarer instances.
Just go forward in all your beliefs, and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine.
...I'm more confused by how you think that's an accurate description of any discussion about sexism on the internet.
Like, I've seen some stuff but not. That. Not that at all.
See, what I've seen on tumblr is a lot of stuff about how women should be able to be more fallible and be jerks but still be liked by other characters and the audience. Like. Well. Like Vegeta.
But there's a difference between "fallible" and "tortured for the gratification of the audience".

Evidently not.
I've got space for two more in my Time Machine if anyone wants to go on a joyride across time and space.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I like how selfish Bulma is. I like how flawed and larger than life this cast of characters is.
...I feel like there's a bit more diversity in the flaws of the male characters, and get frustrated over how the female characters tend to converge around shallowness, fashion, shopping, sex, and, especially, motherhood. It's like a black hole or a riptide, no matter where they start it draws them in.
Launch was lucky, she got out before it was too late.
There's a similar trend with the male characters and perversion, but. I mean, if anything Krillin started there and moved away from it.
We were for like five minutes.
See, what I hate about sexism discussions is how someone else digs them up again a page later and I'm the bad guy for feeling like my deeply held personal beliefs I spent effort arguing are being misrepresented.
Go figure.
I still like Vow of Z.
Wish I knew what they were saying.
I would love a future where it was no longer necessary.
