17 was stronger than 18. The Adroids ABCs in the manga state that 18's power was suppressed to try and make her more obedient in response to 17 being too powerful to obey his programming.
18 was noticeably stronger than Vegeta however he was still able to keep up with her until his stamina gave out. Both her power and infinite energy contributed to her win.

how on Earth could you even sort of see that? Broli is consistently nowhere near the strength of anyone relevant.

I wonder how Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan compares to Super Saiyan God strength wise.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Well, if what Goku's description is said to be true, then that means that the power of SSJG is within the form of SSJ, which means that the powerlevel might be around SSJG x the multiplier of SSJ. Let's say SSJG is around a x800 multiplier.
Since Base Goku (and Vegeta) at this moment is able to take on Beerus now, he'd be between 7 and 8 on the God scale. Now use the calculations to bring that up with the SSJGSS multiplier and you get...
Goddamn, that's like almost x40,000 the original powerlevel...

So could SSGSS fight 100 percent Beerus?

My various fanfics.Just eyeballing feats and relative difficulty in fighting him I'd say Broly is just a fair bit above Super Perfect Cell in terms of power. And still below any of the Buus.
Broly would have to be SS 4 before one can start arguing him being anywhere near Beerus' level.
^ SSG base Goku fought evenly with 70% Beerus. If SSGSS is 50x SSG base then SSGSS Goku should blow away Beerus and Whis.

#IceBearForPresidentThe first Broly movie didn't do very well on powerlevels, though.
I mean, it had Goku being stronger than Gohan, when we know that, at the time period it takes place, Gohan should be able to wipe the floor with Goku if he wanted to.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariBut Gohan doesn't know that, plus he lacks the confidence to use his full power.....
plus, that movie doesn't make sense in continuity anyway.....
Unlike Bojack.
Yes, Bojack isn't in continuity either, but he at least has a better chance of fitting than Broly.
Hell, Coola has a better chance of fitting, and he's also not in continuity.
One Strip! One Strip!I find it amusing that 3 movies would have to be crammed in the 10 day wait before the Cell games to make any sense in continuity. Like in the span of a week and a half the heroes would have to travel to New Namek, get stomped by Meta Cooler, travel to New Vegeta, get stomped by Broly, and travel to the arctic, before finally getting stomped by Super 13. And then they have to fight Cell!
Busy week.
#IceBearForPresidentTo be fair, it's really easy to work all of them in.
For instance, Broly can happen in between the announcement of the Cell Games and the actual Cell Games with ease. Hell, Cell can very easily explain himself not getting involved in any of it, since even though he would be aware of Paragus showing up due to his ki sense, he wouldn't be interested in what he would probably believe is some form of training, and after that, they'd be too far for him to feel them out.
As for Bojack, well, he works pretty easily into continuity. You'd just have to add mention of him in the Buu saga.
And Cooler can very easily be fit in the time period between Trunks and the Androids. You can also fit 13, 14 and 15 in this time period, as a sort of 'stepping stone' before the really big deal androids.
Say...
I can plausibly have Cell beat Cooler and Metal Cooler with very little in the way of trouble. Same with 13, 14 and 15. I can get away with having Cell beat Broly, right?
'Cuz I kinda want to write a series of stories in which Cell accidentally becomes a hero, and Dameon Clarke's incredibly hammy portrayal of him makes him incredibly beloved by the populace - even when he's being Obviously Evil.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariCell is probably stronger than Broly, but I think I can get away with Broly acting like The Hulk and simply getting stronger the angrier he gets. And Cell, with his incredibly smug and hammy Dameon Clarke voice, would probably rile him up but good.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThere was one story that tried to make Cell a hero, but it went the cheap way and made Cell good after Gohan punched him hard enough to screw with his programming.
The one I want to see has Cell still be evil, just a villain with ridiculously good PR who realized that if he blew up Earth, he'd be incredibly bored afterwards.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI forget the name. But I know Cell was somehow able to make a super duper even more better Shenron.
My various fanfics.

Bulma introduced herself saying she had invented the Dragon Radar.
She literally invented a radar that can track a specific kind of stone across continents. Remember: We don't know if the Dragon Balls emit any kind of radiation, so it's entirely likely Bulma made the radar to track the sustance they're made of.
To put it in perspective: It'd be like someone creating a Coal or Gold or Silver detector that works across the entire planet, is infallibly right and can be used by a drunk chimp effectively.
