That- I was making a joke.
You're terrible at this joking thing, I think.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The Broly movies do little for me, other than some good dialog. My personal liking of Broly is almost entirely from the Super Sonic Warriors 2 video game. Grabbing a guy by the head and punching him across the room, making geysers erupt from the planet, shooting dozens of homing projectiles while functionally invincible, spiraling finish that makes the screen shake...that and a fan fic I read where Goku befriends an inexplicably still alive Broly with popcorn then forms a team with him and an inexplicably alive Bardok who still has his tail.
The sparks of power, or lack there of, is just TOEI's lack of attention to detail. That element had kind of lost its impact on the show anyway because they often drew lots of needless sparks in fights before hand. So, sparks but now dancing around the guy doesn't seem that much harder to do(just do it when they're standing still, they tend to do that a lot in the show)
Buldogue's lawyerThat is exactly right.
The joke is how seriously Vegeta takes himself and how petty and vain he is when defending that ideal.
The punchline is his frequent humiliation. Usually in combat, but the Bingo scene works too. "Crushed and broken beneath an unconscious, naked child" pretty much defines his entire career.

In some ways I'm not sure he entirely stopped being evil. I mean, I don't think he feels any actual remorse for anyone he ever killed. He just doesn't kill people anymore because he has no reason to, and he has way too many diapers to change.
...Oh dear god I'm imagining Saiyan feces. I mean. A lot of food goes in, but how much of it comes out?
I shouldn't want to know the answer to this.

Chi-Chi is a true hero.
His fans can be as obnoxious as Vegeta's.

I don't think Goku's ever felt remorse for all the people he's killed. Does that make him a villain?
Context.
Goku killed enemy combatants. Vegeta killed helpless civilians while they cowered in terror, while also committing frequent deliberate acts of genocide.
Goku's hands aren't exactly clean, he's guilty of a great many things, but he's never done anything comparable to say, that time Vegeta slaughtered an entire Namekian village that wasn't even resisting him, then proceeded to gloat about it after the rest of the villages were resurrected.
At his worst, Goku is irresponsible and self-involved. At his worst, Vegeta is petty and cruel.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. After Namek, it would take 130 days for Porunga to recover before three more wishes could be made. Those wishes were:
- Bring Krillin and Goku's souls to Earth's Check-In Station so they can be revived without waking up in the dead of space where Namek once was. Partly fulfilled because Goku wasn't dead.
- Resurrect Krillin.
- Resurrect Yamcha.
Another 130 days later, these wishes were made.
- Resurrect Tien.
- Resurrect Chiaotzu.
- Transport all Namekians except Piccolo and God to New Namek.
After another 130 days, they would be able to make wishes again, but the village would have been dead for 390 days. Even if Mori had already managed to reconfigure the Balls to allow them, this exceeds the 1-year limitation on mass revivals.
The tribe Vegeta slaughtered and then gloated about remained dead forever.

, he doesn't quit. Because he has perseverance that I've never seen in any other fictional character. Because he's my favorite character in fiction.
So the Xenoverse Score Bonus event is pretty mediocre.
The bonus is only applied AFTER you have been given the rank, and as such, the bonus does not alter it. In addition, the bonus DOESN'T register for your high score. If you ascend past your in-game hi-score thanks to the event, it is NOT recorded. So in essence, it only helps you level up.
Vegeta totally quits when things get too hard.
He reached that point when he was fighting Recoome, when he was fighting Frieza, even when he was fighting Android 18. One of his greatest moments in the series, Final Explosion, was an incredibly powerful ragequit - one that not only accomplished nothing but actually deprived Goku of a Fusion partner and necessitated the existence of Gotenks.
On two separate occasions, Goku's arms and legs were broken and he kept right on fighting. Android 18 broke Vegeta's arms and that was it for him, he was done.
Goku has also quit when he knew he was beat from time to time, but the point is, Vegeta is not the Determinator people make him out to be. Both Vegeta and Goku have been known to stop fighting when it became apparent they couldn't win; Goku's just smarter about it, because Goku fights to experience something
and Vegeta fights to prove something
.

No, they'd just get every example wrong. Or outright lie
I bet someone would add "Toriyama forgot that Tenshinhan was ALWAYS stronger than Kuririn!"
