So, I'm now done with the series. Was definitely worth it. My favorite part was definitely the "Z" period, Frieza, Cell, and Buu. Can't really pick favorites among them, they all had their own strengths and weaknesses.
Least favorite part, and I'm sure someone will yell at me for this but oh well, was the very beginning, mostly due to the crass humor style not really gelling with me. Once Toriyama brought in some actual antagonists and dialed back on the poop, penises, and perverts, it really took off.
Like other Super Saiyan forms, Super Saiyan God doesn't have a power level. There's no such thing as "being more powerful than Super Saiyan God" unless you're talking about multiplicative transformations. As the new Base state, comparing Saiyan Beyond God to Super Saiyan God is like comparing Recoome to the Kaioken x4. The answer is mu because the question is wrong.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!...Why do you assume that the original Super Saiyan transformation was always multiplicative?
From what I've read, Goku's power level as a SS 1 was fifty times what it was before, but that doesn't necessarily mean it always was that way.
Especially given the stuff in the Cell arc about Ascended Super Saiyan and Full Power Super Saiyan, and using the power of super saiyan god as a Super Saiyan.
I assume it's multiplicative because it stacks. It grows in strength as the user does.
Goku demonstrated this when he absorbed the power of Super Saiyan God, then became Super Saiyan God again for even more power.

Which is a terrible idea, because that scene is him being a crotchety old man. Revealing that his statement was in reference to something really hardcore just makes him an absolute idiot for not saying anything further, and still allowing the Dragon Balls to be used. If he doesn't know of anything further, then his statement is completely unrelated.
The scene only works if he's just being a stick in the mud, which also fails to support it leading to anything.
