... I could see Toriyama creating a character named Kesa. I mean, it's the same trick as with Gine.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! What is funny is that to me, Marron's name could be used as an euphemism for ass.
I'm not even kidding. Marron is Brown in Spanish, and I can guess you can figure out what links it to someone's posterior.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariOne of my favorite things in Jaco is the joke about Saiyan aging.
...Also, complete non-sequitur, I read a thing where Nappa, in the Saiyan saga, was in his 90s, nearing the end of his natural lifespan. And that's why he was bald when he used to have hair in the Bardock special.
And he was probably weaker to some extent than he would have been in his prime because his body was deteriorating. But he had battle experience so he was able to do a lot more than Piccolo Jr.
I think that was a dub line. I recall seeing a translation of the manga where he was instead going to have "the immortal phoenix" give Goku immortality... except there was an accident with some tainted birdseed, so the phoenix ain't around anymore.
I have a message from another time...I'm now thinking of an alternative timeline possibility where Paragus and Broly get rescued and end up joining Vegeta's squad.
It's an open question of why Frieza would have let an infant with a power level of 10000+ that managed to tank his Supernova with a gaping hole in its chest live, but maybe he was feeling generous for some reason. Maybe he partied too hard and had a bit too much space wine. I dunno.
I can't help but imagine that Broly and Vegeta would have got along really well though. They could have bonded over hurting things and hating their dads. Eventually they would have agreed that Paragus was a worse dad on account of not being dead.
See, I think I could like Broly maybe if he had a character or a personality. And he almost did in his first movie. Almost.
I think Turles would probably want to stay a space pirate with his own gang.
Custom transformations for Xenoverse 2.
I like that idea.

Stupid question: How does Freeza's army stop their scouters from exploding when they try to measure Freeza's power level? If Vegeta going over 24,000 or so was enough to destroy Zarbon's...
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I think the scouters are able to measure high power levels, it's increasing power levels that make them bug out.
The PTO doesn't seem to understand the concept that power levels can increase, certainly not that quickly, without a transformation of some kind.

I had a similar idea for customization transformations, but instead of being just set at two forms I thought that there could be a transformation stat. Every 25 points gets you an extra form, just ki getting extra ki/stamina bars. That way you can have up to 4 transformations if you want, but it's balanced by taking away from your other stats.
I've seen people argue against this because people will make AF/fanficcy shit transformations but hey if that's what they want to do then why not? You can already come up with some crazy bullshit with Xenoverse's base form designs.

It's based on how quickly they increase, Toriyama confirms it in an interview "it's like how a counter that's rising at breakneck speed can't keep up and breaks down".

As the only portion of the afterlife we get to see outside of anime filler is a special circumstance, it's inconclusive.
The anime tries to imply that Buu was a special circumstance and everyone else who is evil goes to Hell based on a wording difference. In the anime, at least in the dub, Goku wishes for Buu to be reincarnated some day as a good person so that they can fight again. In the manga, Goku wishes that when Buu is inevitably reincarnated, he will be a better person and retain his power so that they can fight again. An important yet subtle difference.
There's also the factor of what Piccolo told Vegeta when he asked if he would see Kakarot on the other side - in the dub, it's something to the effect of, "Goku is great and you were a rotten bastard, so you go to Hell and never see him again," whereas in the manga, it's more to the effect of, "Goku got special permission to keep his body and train forever, while you were a rotten bastard and will receive no such privilege, so your soul will be reincarnated, he'll train in the afterlife for eternity, and you'll never see him again." Piccolo's a pretty credible source too, given that he's already reunited with God when he says this. He would know.
The presence of a reincarnation cycle is clearly established in the Buu Saga, but how this interacts with mechanics that allow people to return from the dead is unclear. Like, if someone made a wish to revive Pure Buu, even though his soul is in Uub right now...what would happen? Why hasn't Grandpa Gohan been reincarnated? Is reincarnation only for evil souls?
Further muddying the issue is the existence of Hell, which we see for ourselves in Revival of F. Contrary to the anime's depictions of Cell and Frieza being Bash Brothers in HellHEY , Revival of F establishes that Frieza is a disembodied head cocooned to a tree in Hell, haunted by his defeat at the hands of Super Saiyans. So we know that evil souls spend some time in Hell before being reincarnated, which only raises further questions about what would happen if Frieza's minions tried to revive him after he was reincarnated?
Ultimately, it's a bit of a mess, but the gist of it seems to be this: when you die, you become a wispy cloud. You wait your turn in the grand line of people who died until you reach King Yama's check-in station. Your soul is judged, and evil souls are sent to another afterlife which functions as a waiting room until your turn for reincarnation comes up, while good souls may or may not have a more pleasant waiting room or a permanent afterlife; we don't know.
On rare and special circumstances, a celestial entity such as God can bring your corpse to the afterlife and spruce it up for you to wear; in those cases where you get to take your body with you, you are allowed to train for eternity in the afterlife. There may or may not be other benefits.
Meanwhile, Uranai Baba has the ability to grant a deceased soul a 24 hour stay in the world of the living, which we've seen her do twice.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.So, Tobias, I have a question that I've been meaning to ask you: Why do you use the Japanese name for everything except Kami?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Wasn't there a filler in Dragon Ball where Goku and Chichi went to the afterlife/underworld for a thing and met up with Gohan?
I liked it a lot. And he was at their wedding which was sweet.
Also, I seem to remember something about there being a washing machine for souls.
And also something about Heaven. Where Dabura was sent. That was mentioned in the manga.
And also that if Goku fell off Snake Way he would end up in Hell. I could have sworn the manga mentioned that too, it just didn't happen that way there.

No, Goku falling off of Snake Way was just anime filler.
The soul cleansing machine is something that I know is in the Fusion Reborn movie. Not sure about canon.
I'm also sure that the Dabura thing was just filler.
Also, when would Goku and Chichi go to Otherworld to see Gohan? Gohan only died once and Chichi was also dead during that time and Goku didn't really have the time to pop by for a visit.

I know him falling off Snake Way was filler. That is, in fact, what I said.
But in the manga, the blue ogre that drives Goku from Yenma's office to Snake Way says, and I quote, from the official manga copy I have on my freaking phone, "Be careful not to fall off the clouds. Hell's right down there and you'll never get out."
In the manga, it's mentioned that Dabura would have enjoyed Hell too much, so Yenma sent him to heaven. It just never shows that. The anime does, and the scenes of him actually being in Heaven are filler.
Great filler. The best filler.
...Grandpa Gohan.
It was after the fight with Piccolo Jr. It was a filler arc.
Ox King's mountain caught on fire again with Chichi's wedding dress inside so she and Goku went to the Otherworld to put out a spirit furnace thingy.

I just misread what you posted (probably since I read it before you edited). I'm sorry. Calm down.

...Gin is totally another god of destruction.
And Vodka and Sake.
Or just Vod and Sak.
