Some kind of evil emperor from one of the other universes should invade and hold a fighting tournament. If Goku and the others lose, he'll claim their universe as part of his ever growing empire. Plus, he could be stronger than Beerus and Whis since Beerus did say there were others stronger than them in other universes. At least I think he did.
Totally original idea right there. Yep, 100% original no matter what anyone else says.

What started out as a pleasant afternoon of drugs and surgery has not gone as planned.I don't think we should exploit the other universes that soon.
I'd wish for Beerus to be taken down by the SSJG in the next movie, with Whis saying that Goku/Vegeta are now the gods of destruction and must therefore visit a reunion made of the others gods of destruction.
I don't think that Beerus is the weakest of all 12 of these guys though, but he'll have to be defeated before they explore other worlds.
Nautolan picture belongs to Bonesmarinated on twitterI actually think they should see some of the other 12 universes before surpassing Beerus. While I don't want Beerus/Whis to start being treated as something that can never be surpassed, I want their dominance to last a while. Maybe introduce some Gods that Goku and Vegeta can beat first.
I also wouldn't have Goku and Vegeta fight Beerus directly any more. There's no need for that.
One of the things I like in Online is the way it had the other characters creating things.
Gohan wrote a book to teach everyone to use ki.
Krillin restarted the Turtle school, and Tien restarted the Crane school.
Goten and Trunks started a sword school so people could enhance sword combat with ki.
Pan took over Mr. Satan's dojo and revolutionized it and made it digital and worldwide.
...Somehow.
I mean, is that the explanation for Dragon Ball Heroes? I'm not sure.
Mr. Buu made a new species in his own image.

I think Tobias Drake made a great case that Gohan becoming a normal person is a pretty big success in itself, after all he's seen. Plus he's still freaking strong; even if he can't take a Big Bad he can still be damn useful.
- GOKU: Fifty thousand zenni on Krillin to take down the bad guy!
- VEGETA: You're on! Fifty thousand on Gohan!
There's nothing wrong with posting it. If it's getting old, don't watch it.
Gohan got shafted because Toriyama decided Gohan was poorly-suited to be the ultimate violent badass of the universe that kills everything with awesome power. It's unlikely that's changed in the intervening years, especially given Gohan's role in Battle of Gods and Revival of F.
Plausibly, they can't. But they will, and it will probably make as much narrative sense as the Androids did.
God, I hope they don't go that route.
If Goku and Vegeta leave the universe, it means approximately 98% of the franchise is dumped. All of the characters and concepts? Gone. Goku and Vegeta journeying to Universe 5 and fighting X'lort, Bug Lord of Planet Krlyx99 for the fate of the Alloran people alongside their best buddies Vintor, Klypton, and Leeran the Destructor is Dragon Ball In Name Only.
If Goku and Vegeta are going to leave Earth and the entire supporting cast we've come to know and love behind, I'd rather the show's focus stay on Earth rather than throw out literally everything great about the franchise to go watch Goku and Vegeta battle powerful enemies we've never heard of in places we've never cared about for stakes that don't matter to us.
Seriously, that's part of the reason why GT failed so miserably in its attempts to recapture the joys of early Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball Super needs to not be GT again. Some franchises can get away with dumping most of their characters and all of their development in a river and starting over from 0 every few years, but Dragon Ball is not Pokémon.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Nearly every character in the series was at least antagonistic if not outright villainous when they entered the series. Hell, even Goku and Bulma met in violence; she hit him with a car, he destroyed her car, she shot him in the face. Bulma was the first adversary to ally with Goku after being defeated by him, easily overlooked because their altercation was brief and at the very start.
The protagonists of Dragon Ball are not a traditional group of heroes being heroic. It's a group of assholes, thieves, and actual murderers united by their mutual love of testing their strength against Goku. Once he stopped trying to murder the rest of the group, Vegeta fit right in between the ex-aspiring contract killer and the literal embodiment of evil.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. That's because he's a Saiyan, so he gets the same perks Goku gets. If Goku becomes a Super Saiyan 2.76, Vegeta gets to be a Super Saiyan 2.76 too, but Krillin will never be a Super Saiyan 2.76. Neither will Piccolo.
Gohan can be a Super Saiyan 2.76 but he's not motivated like Vegeta is to keep up with Goku.
Goten and Trunks would be great protagonists in a show about Dragon Ball: The Next Generation, something that wipes the Serial Escalation slate clean and lets them start over from 0, but as it is, their age is a hindrance. They too can become a Super Saiyan 2.76, but it's gonna take a lot of bullshit to allow them to surpass the adults if they want to compete against villains who are levelled to their fathers.
Pan has the same problem Goten and Trunks have, intensified by being significantly younger than even them.
Vegeta has all the advantages of being identical in opportunity and motivation to Goku without the drawback of being decades younger than him. Piccolo did a decent job keeping up by inventing his own racial boosts, but his well of Bullshit Super-Boost Ideas ran dry after he merged with God.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.So am I the only one who was never bothered by Popo's appearance? He doesn't look like a stereotype to me because he doesn't even look remotely human to me.
I'm not sure why he'd attract more controversy than, say, Officer Black, who is definitely human.

Piccolo already is a Super Namek God.
Anyway, Mr. Popo is based on the Djinn, which do have pitch black skin. He was recolored blue because there are a lot of morons who are obsessed with being PC, and unfortunately, they're very loud morons.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari

I don't think that they can pull off something even tougher than Buu already.
