So... why did Vegeta have to hold Goku's hand for Instant Transmission? Doesn't it work so long as there's any kind of physical contact?
Also, Frieza goes from "weaker than SSJ Goku on Namek" to "about as strong as God Goku" in only four months? Bullshit.
And I don't recall Frieza ever learning of the Dragon Radar. Or Bulma.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!As what seems to be this threads' resident optimist, I actually like how the movie seemed to turn out. The only things I don't like are Blue SSJ and Gohan getting worfed again.
We seem to be getting a lot of great character interactions as WELL as epic battles. Is RF going to be my favourite movie? Probably not. But it's a bit better than I thought it would be.
I just love seeing these characters interact and joke and have moments with each other. I feel like that in itself could fill a movie. That is my dream movie - just one about the characters, and not about the villain.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! Why stop at them? Honestly, I'd like to see Videl get into some action. She's never been in a proper fight!
And...who else? How about...Goten and Trunks as individuals. Try and give them more non-fused personality. I'd also say Krillin, but he seems to be doing a lot in this movie.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!I'm also still of the opinion that it's okay to go BACKWARDS in time for the new movie. Come on, I want them to do something in-between Cell and Buu! It was literally the most interesting time period. During 7 years, Gohan grew up, Goten and Trunks grew up, Vegeta started living with Bulma, Krillin found 18, fell in love with her, married (I think?) and had a kid...
And Goku isn't alive, so there's a canon reason as to why he won't show up and save everyone.
Yeah, yeah, Bojack Unbound. And Broly 2. But those movies were crap.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! But you can't introduce any threats between Cell and Buu, because then Gohan just looks like even more of a shithead for never training once.
My various fanfics. So I finally watched Battle of Gods.
That. Was. Amazing.
It was nothing but pure, unadulterated fun from start to finish which is what I feel movies have been sorely lacking as of late. Beerus is easily my favorite among the cast now and his intro alone made him one of my all time favorite characters. Whis is also pretty damn cool. Although the plot sounds stupid, if Resurrection of F is as awesome and funny as that, we're fine. Easily one of my all time favorite movies (but it wasn't enough to take the #1 spot).
My only question is this: Why didn't Goku use SSJ3 after he fell out of the SSG transformation?
Also, Beerus spanked the Super Saiyan out of Gotenks! Best scene right there!
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Hm...that's true. Although...ooh! Maybe Gohan, for whatever reason, can't go SSJ 2. Like, because of mental trauma issues. Considering last time he went SSJ 2, his father had died. This threat can take down everyone else, but they're not a match for him when he goes SSJ 2. Kinda like Bojack. Except with an actual in-character reason.
Gohan having PTSD after the Cell Games is my headcanon and no amount of Word of God will make me forget it.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Except Gohan used SSJ2 to fight Dabura and used it during the Tekaichi Budokai.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Yes, because by then, he had reasonably recovered from his trauma. But immediately after Cell's defeat...
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Goten, Trunks, and 18 save the world while Gohan is away at school.
PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheyOh, and as for why Goku didn't use SSJ 3 against Beerus - he didn't even realise he had lost SSJG and was a normal SSJ in the first place. Not until Beerus pointed it out. And with how his power seems to work now, SSJ 3 seems to be a bit counter-intuitive.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! But it's just a power multiplier. Unless his SSJ form now has a greater than 400x boost, there's no reason to not use SSJ3.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Apparently, once you absorb the power of SSJG, like Goku has, going Super Saiyan doesn't work as a multiplier anymore.
Except when it does. In RF. Damn it, Goku, don't just Handwave away what Blue SSJ is. It just confirms my theory that it's only in there as some kind of Toei/Bandai ultimatum
