Super Vegeta, also known as Super Saiyan Grade 2 or Ascended Saiyan, is a stronger version of the transformation that floods the user's muscles with ki to increase muscle mass. IIRC, the power boost is something like a 70x increase in Vegeta's strength, more powerful than Super Saiyan, but paling in comparison to Super Saiyan 2's 100x.
The horrendous Grade 3 is also frequently called Super Trunks.
EDIT: I suspect the increase in Ki and decrease in Strike is simply because it's Vegeta's transformation. Vegeta is a heavily ki-based character, preferring to blast his opponents with all the ki he can muster rather than go in physical. He typically burns a lot of energy that way, and it's one of the reasons Goku's a better fighter than him; Goku trains himself to do more with less.
Vegeta will expend huge stores of energy with ki spams and beam attacks utilizing every ounce of power he can produce. Goku tries to use only as much energy as he needs at a given time. Vegeta's a powerhouse, Goku's a martial artist.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.But does Vegeta have a fantastic soundtrack to go with it?
Yeah, Netflix doesn't have it. I'd watch on Hulu but for some reason my computer likes to act like Hulu is just a white screen. Used to watch the Japanese Sonic X on there too. I wasn't aware that Toonami was even still a thing, I thought Cartoon Network got rid of it years ago.

All of the trailers should have "F" as the theme.
So Jaco's in the thing.
...I haven't read the Jaco manga all the way through, but. It at least seemed like he took Tights on a tour of the universe or something. Not a bad first date.
I kinda want Vegeta to meet his sister-in-law.
I mean. I would so watch a sitcom about the Briefs family. Dr. Briefs, Mrs. Briefs, Bulma, Vegeta, Trunks, Bra, with Tarble, Gure, Tights and Jaco dropping in occasionally.

So I started watching Kai a while ago and I love it so much. Like, I've always loved Dragon Ball but I had forget just how good it was.
I also really wish I could play Xenoverse. I've been watching TFS play it and it looks amazing.
Lastly, I've become addicted to this song. It's just so damn good.
Well, you have to wait then. Because until she dies, Goku's original seiyuu's will play him and the rest of Goku's family until the day she dies.
Watch SymphogearI noticed him too. Guess i'll have to take my little brother to see this once it hits theaters, he loves Beerus.
EDIT: Does anyone else think that if there's a Xenoverse 2 they should add some kind of World Martial Arts Tournament type thing? Like you fight though the rounds and should you win you get Zeni and an Outfit (or something). The amount of Zeni and which outfit you acquire would depend on the difficulty, plus who you fight last. Like on easy you'd fight Mr. Satan or something and on the hardest you'd fight like Goku.

What started out as a pleasant afternoon of drugs and surgery has not gone as planned.Hm...
Make it Survival, three rounds on easy, four on normal, five on hard. (Easy: 8-4-2 Normal: 16-8-4-2 Hard: 16-8-4-2 + Boss Fight with a randomly chosen 'Champion')
Then make it guarantee a drop of level 3 on Easy, level 4 on Normal and Level 5 on Hard. Of course, you need to tier moves accordingly, but that shouldn't be too hard.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariA survival mode would be cool, as well as a Boss Rush...Fight...thing. I don't actually know what those type of things are usually called.
Easy mode you fight through Raditz and a few Saibamen, then Dodoria and some of Frieza's soldiers, 17 and a few Jr's and lastly Majin Buu and...Small Buus. Medium would add in Nappa, Zarbon, 18 (or 18 than 17, dunno who's considered stronger), and Super Buu. Hard brings in Vegeta, Frieza, Cell, and Kid Buu while giving those that can the ability to transform. Add in some limits on item use - four items on easy, three on medium, and one on hard - and I say that makes for a fun Afternoon. Oh, and force the player to go through by themselves. No back-up allowed. Prizes based on final score. Do a crappy job and you'll get a few Zeni as a pity prize, kick everyone's ass like a complete badass and you're getting some awesome shit. As well as a crap load of money because money is always useful.

Super Vegeta, in series, is Vegeta's name for himself in Grade II. Dimps are ignoring that and using it for his Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 forms so he can have different, ki-based transformations.
RE: Ultimate Butoden - most characters are support, in fact the website makes it appear that only 24 characters will be playable... and transformations are separate characters.
