Full Power Super Saiyan
That's the problem with Dragon Ball video games. If you're not a hardcore fan, the character roster is really damn confusing. "So, wait, we have 3 Gohans? Are they the same guy? And why is there more than one Super Saiyan form? What's the difference between Final Form Freeza and Full Power Freeza? He looks almost exactly the same!"
Also, 'Ultimate' Goten or Trunks would be kind of terrifying. They already misuse their power as it is!
If those kids ever went to school, things would be very difficult.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Well, Super Saiyan was the point where the non-Saiyans had absolutely no way of catching up. Even if Toriyama hadn't been thinking of the 50X multiplier, it was still a level no one else could get to. And if they did, the Saiyans could just unlock new Super Saiyan forms.
As for God form, its power is so ambiguous as it is, it's hard to really classify it.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby! Before going Super Saiyan, Goku was at a powerlevel of about 3 million.
By contrast, after the Namek mess is over and he's well rested as well as had all of his 'gradual' powerup released, if that's what you believe, Krilin had a powerlevel of... 75,000.
Even without the Super Saiyan transformation, the gulf between a Saiyan and a human was immense. And that was, bar none, the single strongest human ever.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariSuper Saiyan had nothing to do with that. Nobody but Piccolo could catch up before or after that. And there were plenty of villains who could stand up to Super Saiyans throughout the series with themselves being Super Saiyans.
God power is not at all ambiguous. It's plainly stronger than everything else, and unlike Super Saiyan it looks to be like the villains will also have to be Gods to compete.
Having cleared the Cell arc recently that is not the case at all. It's not even implied. Goku is alive and in the same position he was in when the Cell Juniors beat him up, the biggest change is Gohan can't go Super Saiyan 2 without Satan and so he loses to the powered up Cell and Cell Juniors.
I just wish we had an actual explanation as to why Goku absorbed the power of the god form. Saying "It's just Goku" can only take you so far.

Xenoverse makes it sorta canon, since Gohan gets an evil powerup from Towa when he goes SSJ 2.
More like "Gohan can't go SSJ 2 without the Satan equivalent's little sister", but the spirit's still there.
