- Oh good, Vegeta is burning with an unyielding desire to defeat Goku, despite having already yielded that desire in one of the best moments of the entire Buu Saga. Nice to see that's back.
- Gohan "wields a power even greater than pure Saiyans". You know, that's not saying much. At this point, Krillin wields a power greater than pure Saiyans. Goku and Vegeta are not representative of the race as a whole.
- Piccolo was one a great Demon King, the evil half of God! They fail to mention that he was also once the good half of God too. Piccolo may be dominant, but the Nameless Namekian recombined a long time ago.
- Krillin is a cop. I support this.
- Tien still thinks he's relevant. That's cute.
- Yamcha doesn't, and has apparently decided to sit this movie out. That's a commendable self-awareness.
- Kame-sennin is returning to the fight? That's funnier than Tien!
- Videl is "the mother of A child". I hope it's Gohan's, otherwise that could get awkward!
- Android 18 shaves Krillin's head for him so he can get serious about this fight! Yep, that's what 18's been reduced to. The definitive female combatant, the one badass woman fighter in Dragon Ball. Her epic role in this movie: she's Krillin's head-shaver.
- Oracle Fish! I wonder if it's the same fish that offered Abridged Goku a wish to spare his life, which backfired when Goku wished for him to be his dinner.
- The thing I'm more curious about with Pilaf, Shuu, and Mai is whether or not Mai is still dating Trunks. Because that was adorable AND intensely creepy.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Well, Yamcha DID stop fighting after Cell. I think he became self-aware at that point and realise his only purpose was to get The Worf Effect. Except he wasn't even credible enough for that to work anymore. So he basically just loses everything.
Also, Krillin confirmed as strongest human. *sigh* Let the debate begin.

The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!@Tobias It's obviously referring to Goku/Vegeta, but they're not allowed to say that. Same with his Ultimate form described as "stronger than a Super Saiyan 3" or "Gotenks surpassed Vegeta and the others". They always avoid mentioning Goku.
That said after the last movie Goku would be stronger and in this movie Vegeta likely will be, so I find it weird they're repeating that.

What's to debate? It's always been Tien fans v. Canon.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Hehe...do you think canon would stop people from arguing? It's like how people think the fans pressured Toriyama to bring Goku back in the Buu Saga. I used to believe it, as well, but now I know it's completely untrue.
The *Legendary* Super Saiyan is motivated by a crying infant! He is a literal giant f***ing baby!Also... didn't Toriyama retcon Tien into not being human or something? It's not like it's even the slightest bit important, but... whatever.
Anyway, Krillin being the strongest human would be a lot less silly if he hadn't pretty much dropped fighting entirely during the Buu saga. I mean, guy even stopped shaving his head.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI'm going to make a horribly crude yet important point about Krillin's lack of training.
Krillin married Android 18, who is strong enough to effortlessly beat the shit out of Super Saiyans at the level they were post-Namek. I'm pretty sure one night of sex qualifies as a more intense workout than an entire week of Tien sparring with Chiaotzu in the mountains.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.You know, Gohan stopped training. Vegeta and Goku barely surpassed him in 7 years of extreme training. People like Piccolo were still a joke to Gohan's Super Saiyan form.
The whole "Kuririn stopped training, how can he still be stronger?" question has such an obvious answer. The gap was too large. Ten's standing to Kuririn would have certainly improved, but it's still weaker than him.
Given the Guru power up the gap was probably larger than the one between Piccolo and Super Saiyan Gohan at the Cell Games. Yet Piccolo, who says he does nothing but train, didn't close that gap.
Let's not forget that Ten turned down opportunities like the Room of Spirit and Time to stick to his regular training. Just because he trains and Kuririn stopped doesn't mean much for 7 years.
Hell Goku stopped training hard for 5 years after the tournament and Ten was still way weaker than him.

Without taking advantage of super-training options and MacGuffins, it's hard to make up an order of magnitude, and Krillin was close to putting a second digit between himself and Tien.

IIRC the 3DS is about as powerful as a Gamecube, N 3 DS is less powerful than a Wii(but can cheat) and the Vita is close to the PS 3.
This is why 3DS got a spin off game of Persona 3/4 working on the engine from a series that already worked on the 3DS while the Vita got a remake of Persona 4 that was improved in every way from back when it was on PS 2.
Super Smash Bros. For 3DS can't handle more than a few 3D characters on screen at the same time and has to shut down everything else on the system to play the game.
