SS 4 was stupidly inconsistent if I recall (along with GT Power Levels as a whole)
I would say God is stronger, because like I said, it's basically putting all your eggs in one basket in terms of power.
That being said, SS 4 might be more stable (Goku maintained it for some time after he first achieved it, and outside of that one time where he he ran out of juice while evacuating the Earth, only fell out of it after he got beat badly enough, as opposed to when he crapped out and lost the bulk of the power in his fight against Beers).
One Strip! One Strip!Fair enough.
That being said, it occurs to me that Super Saiyan four could theoretically surpass God form.
Or to be more precise, there's a way to be stronger than God form Goku.
1) Get a fifth Super Saiyan to replace Vegeta.
2) Have Goku and Vegeta Fuse (either form will do, but lets say they go with Dance Fusion, as Potarra Fusion is no longer on the table)
3) Perform the god Ritual.
4) Have Vegetto / Gogeta power up to Super Saiyan 4.
5) Piss your pants as Super Saiyan 4 God.
I will refrain from saying if he could beat Beerus, but I think he'd have the best real chance.
One Strip! One Strip!See, I call that the Transcendent Super Saiyan God form.
Also, he would totally destroy Beerus, if only because Super Saiyan God Goku only really needed to double his power to surpass him, what with 100% of God Goku being equivalent to 60-70% of Beerus' power.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Let me be hypocritical and admit, I think Super Saiyan God beats SSJ 4 also. Authority Equals Asskicking if nothing else.
I just can't see anyone objectively stating one is better than the other, unless there's some really advanced calculation at work.
-
Frieza's terribly lucky that King Vegeta was apparently unaware of Super Saiyan God and that Saiyans like Gine weren't in decent supply.

What would SSJ 4's even be?
SSJG, in the dub anyway, isn't given any explanation. It's a lost transformation, the only measurement you get is that, for the portion of the fight Goku spent getting his ass whooped, he was fighting at "80 percent" against a guy who trounced a SSJ 3. Moments later, after Goku presumably goes "full-power", he loses the transformation.
However, his "normal power" has increased to where his SSJ form can challenge Beerus at... "whatever percent" Beerus was fighting at then. Beerus started getting "pissed off" around that point and started using blasts, but he still didn't really seem phased toward the end. Whether he was actually out of power by the end of the fight, or whether he was just trolling Goku when he blasted the rock, is anyone's guess.
If you want to look at it that way.
The way Beerus describes SSJG, with Goku "adapting to it", my headcanon is that the "godly ki" makes the difference, having access to it allows you to hurt beings like Beerus. Because Goku suddenly adapting the power and fighting Beerus as a SSJG doesn't do Goku's Canon Sue-ness in 9 out of 15 films any favors.
And excluding whatever happens in Revival of F, if Goku's SSG-enhanced SSJ form is enough to wind Beerus, then Goku pretty much breaks the universe if he turns into a SSG-enhanced SSJ3, doesn't he?

No it's not. There is not official multiplier for SS4.
There are two types of possession in the game. The normal kind and then Domigra's kind, which is why the second dark portraits all have his eyeliner crap on them.
It's outright said that his base form wasn't much weaker than Super Saiyan God, and Toriyama's comments make it sound like he retained all of the God power (probably as a Super Saiyan). So yes, massively free power up. Vegeta was able to hurt Beerus without Godly ki.

Yeah, definitely blood when Vegeta kicks Beerus in the jaw.
About 38 seconds into this video.

Doesn't really matter, since Beerus was completely fine afterwards and proceeded to knock Vegeta out in one hit, with Vegeta having accomplished absolutely nothing.
Also Saiga, when are you going to answer my question?

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Going through a ton of new info, it seems that some character slots in Xenoverse actually have true multiple characters within the variation slots. Gohan has Great Saiyaman (Who can go SSJ for the first time in a game!), Videl has Great Saiyaman 2, Future Trunks has Time Patrol Trunks, Appule and Raspberry have numerous different named characters from their races (i.e. Nabana and Navel respectively), Saibamen have a different name for each colored one, and so on!
Also, even though they don't have a different names from their normal counterparts, I'm counting the Villainous Mode characters separately. (Which technically means Future Trunks and Gohan have 3 different characters grouped in their slots) Surprisingly enough, Broly has a Villainous slot as well! The eye markings and pale color make him kinda look like Lobo.

fanon and the db wiki are not supported by the papacy!
Xenoverse was good to Videl. Got the standard pigtails/short hair outfits all games have, but they finally gave her the "FIGHT" shirt outfit. Been waiting soooooooo long for that. And exceeding my expectations, she got her movie 10 outfit... and the hatless version!
Gohan, Trunks and her seem to be the most outfitastic. Super Saiyaman is good.
Except a) the form's name was given in Dragon Ball Heroes, where it appeared as one of the cards, and b) the form appears again twice in GT, once against Frieza and Cell in Hell, and again when Goku talks to Naturon Shenron, right before turning into a Super Saiyan 4. And it is obviously the same state, as all three usages, including the time back in Z, look exactly the same.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Except all of that is wrong. It's either the mechanic used to transform into Super Saiyan in Heroes (for the cards that seem to display Goku in this form) or a boost to the Super Saiyan state (for the actual skill), not a form, and it's not a form in GT, just Goku powering up with a yellow aura becuase Toei.
10000000% bullshit made up by the wiki being the wiki.

Here's every playable character in Xenoverse.
(I think, it could change)
Counting every character, including shared-slot characters, the roster is 69, 77 with created characters and 83+ with DLC characters.

Yes, because this
is totally a mechanic for Super Saiyan.
Really, you're coming off as a biased dick right now.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!

SS 4 and SSG are "around a similar level," in that both are stronger than SS 3 Goku. By the same logic Krillin and SSG Goku are "around the same level" because both are stronger than Roshi.
Just saying.
