I have a lot of problems with Xenoverse but I'm willing to hope they're fixed in a sequel too.
The first Tenkaichi was pretty shitty, all things considered, but the second blew it and the Budokai games right out of the water. Xenoverse may well do the same.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.We already know that the latest trailer showed that Ginyu's ultimate was Body Change. What we didn't know is that you can also just straight up play as/fight Ginyu Goku!
If Goku has a Ginyu variation, then I'm sure Ginyu has a Goku variation as well as a Vegeta varation.

Does anyone know how much the Season Pass will be? I'm not sure if those things usually have a set price or it all depends on the game. Also, is there a like a time limit before one could no longer purchase the Season Pass? I normally get games a year or two after they come out so i'm not sure how these things work.
What started out as a pleasant afternoon of drugs and surgery has not gone as planned. That kind of DLC pricing is terribad.
I know that making the DLC costs money, but the DLC has a very simple reason why it shouldn't cost so damn much. It's digital. It's very nature means that there will never be a cost associated with distributing it per copy. Once they've got the DLC deal hammered out, every copy of the DLC adds no additional cost. DLC should be cheap for the same reason Digitally Distributed games should be cheap, because it's digital, and while yeah, there is a certain cost associated even with digital distribution, it's much, much lower than the cost that physical distribution would have.
Selling packs of DLC for affordable prices is much, much better.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariPretty much, and that's why people are so weary of Capcom.
Anyways, apparently there's some variations with their own names! (Around 7:30)
They brought back Nabana from the old Frieza Saga NES RPG as a variation of Appule. I'm sure Raspberry will get the same thing happening with him, and this kinda opens up some new opportunities.
Edit: Raspberry also has Navel as a variation, apparently. I was sure he'd have Blueberry. Maybe one of the other variations then.

New screenshot from the upcoming movie
◊. I shit you not. Also, Pilaf's apparently returning for this movie.
Before I saw that screenshot, I was concerned that it would be impossible to take a movie about Frieza's return seriously.
After seeing that screenshot, I am immensely relieved that I'm apparently not supposed to.

One is a bunch of assholes wanting to beat you up, the other is a bunch of gathered treasure.
Why do people confuse those two? They're almost as universally confused as Your and You're.

Does that mean that He's Just Hiding?

They are keeping Freeza trapped in Hell.

The mistaking of "rouge" for "rogue" is also a lot more common than one would hope.
Remember that guide that said there were 47 characters in total? It actually said there's 46 known characters and 9 sagas (Raditz Saga, Vegeta Saga, Ginyu Saga, Frieza Saga, Cell Saga, Android Saga, Buu Saga, Beerus Saga and Demigra Saga). Oddly enough, it doesn't list Broly or his saga, so that means there are secret characters to get. Still don't know whether Towa, Mira or Demigra are playable, but I'm still sure there's a 50/50 chance they are.
Also, completing the main story and doing select missions will get you 5 Crystal Shards of Time, which will reward you with something. I don't know what, but it's something!

True, Budokai games were more fighting games than DB games really. But with Xenoverse, this can bring the feeling of both fighters and DB-ness together in a nice blend.
