Toriyama retconning everything in the Full Colour Comics release.
@Gojira Yeah and you won't find any robots that aren't fully mechanical in real life because we can't do that. However, you're dead wrong about every robot in fiction being purely metal. The term is used far more loosely than that.

If we're arguing pedantry based on word roots, "android" means "man-like, but not quite". The andro- prefix with the -oid suffix. There's nothing in there about robotics, so even a clay golem would be an android if it resembled and functioned like a human male.
I should also point out that the "male" part is non-negotiable. "Andro-" specifically and exclusively refers to the male sex, so even if 18 was full machine instead of a cyborg, she'd be a gynoid.
As a science fiction term, "android" is defined as a robot with a human appearance. So 17 and 18 (and 20) still wouldn't qualify as androids, unless we consider human beings to technically be robots, but then everyone is an android.
As far as the DBZ universe is concerned, I'd say that 17 and 18 are not androids, but they are Androids with a capital A. In this case, "Android" is not a descriptive noun, but a proper noun referring to Gero's line of robotic/cybernetic experiments.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I'm going to be a bit disappointed if the Majin symbol isn't available for CaCs. It seems like a no-brainer, one of the first things to think of with "non-clothing accessories" which their should be some form of in the game.

Well, in Tenkaichi 2 you could equip it to everyone. In Tenkaichi 3 however it would only work on those the game defined as "heroes", so a separate item had to be given to the "villains." I think the item might have been the Majin sign, I'm not sure.

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Yeah. I still think that's weird though, that they'd only make it for those characters just because those were the ones who showed it in the series. It'd be so easy to add it for every character who can equip it, and just add to the flavour/RP potential.
Speaking of RP potential.
I am so fucking hyped after watching that video. Hot damn, some of those outfits are weird as hell and I love it.
Hell, the Halo should only work on GT Vegeta, because Buu Saga Vegeta was still defined as evil by the universe - he still went to hell when he died.
Also, I find it odd that there's a 'Piccolo with Cape' outfit, given that the fact that the custom character shown by the promotional material has a cape with an outfit that obviously doesn't go with that cape. Either that outfit was specifically created that way (which is doubtful), or there's a cape accessory...

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariAnd the wish wasn't to bring back everyone who is good, but to bring back everyone who isn't very, very evil. Despite not being good enough to qualify for keeping his body and avoid reincarnation, Vegeta could still have been not quite evil enough to fall into that qualifier - which was really just there to snub Babidi and Dabura anyway.
