Black wasn't even nerfed, it was just discovered over time that he wasn't nearly as powerful as people initially thought he was. Turns out pretty much everything he has isn't nearly as impressive when you know how it all works. Then there was a MASSIVE patch that buffed pretty much every single character in the game except for Goku Black, leaving him in the dust and lagging farther behind.

So he's one of those characters who's only good because people weren't used to him?

That's a good one.

Ironically, because so many people used Black assuming he was good, it allowed people to figure out how to beat him and thus his viability dropped.

Same thing happened with Hit too.

But yes, the aforementioned characters are generally the best that are common.

Looks like it's NOT Majin 21, it's base-form Android 21 coming to XV2.

Also, the next DLC pack for World Mission will have 99 cards! They seem to be bringing back cards from the original DBH run, from Galaxy Mission to God Mission. There'll also be a couple of cards from the upcoming Universe Mission 11 arcade update, Black-Hit Ahms and Final Form Sealas.

It's Scientist 21? Weird, she's not even playable in Fighterz, that's not a combat form.

Yeah, it's a somewhat odd choice. Though it doesn't surprise me, Dimps did use her human form first when she was added to Heroes, makes sense to do the same for Xenoverse. Though I've heard some people worry they might pull a Vegeta like in the previous DLC pack and separate her forms as two characters. I do hope her Majin forms are variation slots rather than character slots.

I do wonder though, 21's inclusion does open up the waters for characters from other DB games. Maybe characters like Cumber, Shallot, Ozotto, Pinich or Hatchiyack?

The Hit-Black character is named Ahms, he's Sealas' robot AI from SDBH World Mission. That form is when he absorbs both Hit and Goku Black. He then fuses with Sealas to create that Sephiroth-looking form.

Hatchiyak would approve of this choice.

Given that a lot of 21's attacks in Fighterz involve her tail, I would be surprised if that form wasn't a separate character slot. Makes more sense than separating the various adult Gokus and Vegetas in Xenoverse, anyway.

As for Ahms:

• This is the default form.

• This is Ahms after absorbing Cell and Freeza.

• This is Ahms after absorbing Goku Black and Hit.

• This is Ahms after absorbing Sealas.

Kind of a shame that Ahms never went a step beyond Goku Black and Hit and absorbed Jiren and Broly, that would have been cool.

Makes sense to add Scientist 21. A lot of people were disappointed she wasn't playable in that form in Fighterz because it was such a good design.

The video kind of sucks but here's a compilation of every time Jiren says "It's Over" in the english dub.

I really like how Patrick Seitz delivers the line in the battle against Complete Ultra Instinct Goku. It's gone from something that represents Jiren's complete confidence in his power to something he shouts out of desperation.

That Hit-lookalike is pretty cool. An Android with both the ability to copy powers and infinite energy. Excited to see how the battle turns out with Gohan getting involved.

So we're seeing infinite energy again huh? And he can copy powers on top of that so Piccolo can't just overpower him like he tried to do with 17. I'm worried about how Gohan will do however, but lets see.

I see the plot is still keeping Yamcha out of the action, and even with Tien they found an excuse to not use him, but I suspect they wouldn't have been much help. Wonder if they do plan to bring them in later though.

So, I think this has been mentioned before (though a long time ago) but Super marks the first time Vegeta has ever trained under someone else.

I think my only issue with the Hit look-alike is the white patch on his face.

Its exactly like Hits so I think he'd look better either without it or shaped differently.

Another 6 days and we get another new episode of DBH. You know, I have to ask, why is it that Cumber does not keep using his golden Great Ape form after the fight with Vegito? If he had kept using it, he would keep winning as long as his tale doesn't get cut off. I know Fu got rid of his last power ball, but he should easily be able to make more of them without losing much stamina. This isn't like with the Saiyan Saga where the characters were weak enough to lose a good deal of power making it. With his strength it should hardly matter at all. What's more, in that form, he should be the most powerful being in existence outside of Zeno and the angels.

Another thing about Cumber that's odd is all the outliers. He was able to keep pace with base Kaioken Vegito in his basic form, but his SS 3 transformation was not enough to handle base Jiren and it got beaten by Golden Meta Cooler? He should have been able to easily defeat Cooler and fight equally with Jiren until he reached full power, at which point, the Great Ape form would be needed. I don't like the outliers with him. I hope he's not given a terrible defeat in the end. If he's defeated and his fate isn't left ambiguous, it had better be a good and believable defeat for the most OP mortal in Dragonball.

Trying to make sense of Heroes is your first mistake. Just sit back and enjoy the action figures.

I thought he was of Hit's race the first time we saw him. I guess he is just an android based on that race instead.

Also a thing to remember is that all of these goons have been empowered by Moro.
