They're right, how did no one see it before?
If people can't do good now, when can they ever?

You're looking for something that's not there dude.

We're getting another movie right?
Dragon Ball is a gag, fantasy, shonen, martial art series about a guy who just wants to fight and get stronger. It is not going to lend itself to any kind of Nietzsche Wannabe ramblings.
except when making Kami and pure Buu(?) evil because of mortals
that was a thing right? Buu being a mass murdering gum because mortals corrupted it somehow. Or was it about those two guys pissing off Fat Buu to make Slim Buu a thing.
Kami was apparently corrupted by the evils of man, though not enough to make him fully evil, just unable to be God until he purged it.
So at most, maybe he was a little mo, but since King Piccolo was literally just his evil side....
...Buu did turn evil when those two murderous jerks first shot his puppy, and then shot Mr. Satan (he healed both), though like Kami, he simply purged his evil side...but said evil side was closer to his true nature (or possessed Dai Kaioushin's god power if we take recent revelations from the Super manga into account).
@ GAP: It's just that they made a token nod to such tropes that it's weird to me, but I am a bit weird myself.
Any time I hear about the Nameless Namekian being corrupted by the sins of mankind, I imagine Piccolo sitting at a roulette table in a casino, drinking margaritas and smoking cigars with his stretchy arms around two prostitutes on either side.
Maybe not two of them, that seems a bit excessive.
If his arms can stretch, why would he stop at two?
Yeah. If he's gonna go bad, he's gotta go all the way bad.
I thought Namekians don't have the proper equipment for enjoying human women?
Ya know being Asexual plant people
They are slugs, not plants.
Eh. I'm sure he can just enjoy the ambiance.
I choose to believe that Jabba the Hutt in Star Wars doesn't actually experience anything directly from the fact that he surrounds himself with slave dancers, that for him it's all about a display of power.
I could imagine Piccolo/the evil in the Nameless Namekian working the same way.
...Also, I mean. When you get down to it, Namekians have hands with fingers, and mouths with lips and tongues.
That's really all you need.
I missed you unnoun. Things are always more fun when you're around.
Also, if King Piccolo wasn't such a sadist who only seems to enjoy hurting people, I could almost see him going with the display of power thing. Come to think of it, that answers the long question of why Frieza even bothers with an army when he can clearly solo entire planets on his own.... outside of pure laziness.
Nothing's more powerful than slave dancers.
Unonun! Kami in-Dende on-King Kai-Zen'oh-by Zamasu's?
Zamasu had one thing going: getting rid of gods. We have too many of them.
Anyway, whoa, glad to see you're still alive.
She's super active on Tumblr, I think she just decided to take a break from tvtropes.
.... yeah, I can get that.
I know of a bot named Tumblr.
Cool dude, tends to be dishonest to bis husband though.
Dragonball Super has been, maybe unintentionally, all about how the gods are incompetent, cruel or both
A fan-animated recreation of Gogeta vs Broly:
Buu saga teaser for Kakarot, January 17th release date shown:
Not sure how, but it already looks even better then it did a few months ago.
And we got a thicc female Frieza force member (Ginyu force it actually looks like) directly designed by Toriyama too.
Always nice to see more females in this series.
....speaking of the Frieza force, how is it that Frieza is able to rebuild his completely destroyed army twice ( during Resurrection F—though I guess they weren't so much destroyed there as they were drastically weakened— and after the Tournament of Power).
So he's just able to go back to top dog with the most powerful army in the universe just like that?
