Wait Bardock & Gine were in the new trailer, where?

True though it would be nice to stop hearing the whole he cried a lot shit.

Gine isn't, but the shot of a child and adult Saiyan's hands pressed against opposite sides of a glass screen looks like it is the scene from Minus where Bardock sends Goku off in the pod.

The background you can see through the glass also matches.

I thought it was baby Broly & maybe Paragus there.

So did I at first. That would be more interesting frankly.

Indeed it be more effective for Broly, guy is gonna need those moments more.

Oh man what if this mean’s that they might start the movie like a typical Superman flick?

I was going to say it might be interesting if Kale was involved, but if this is just Toriyama's stuff, then Kale probably isn't a Broly clone.

I'm not cautiously excited for this movie. Even if the plot is ultra dumb, it'll at least be really fun to watch due to that absurdly good animation.

My guess it there will probably be a line like "whoa, this is just like that girl from the tournement" when Broly goes Berserk.

That animation is so good they could make it so that Broly is upset about Goku and Raditz crying next to him and I'd still watch it.

People say Broly gets over-exposed, but might I remind you how many Freezas we get? Excluding him, we get Freeza' dad, Freeza's gag manga son, Freeza's brother(with chrome clones later on), Freeza's great-great grandpappy, Freeza's ghost illusion and 20% Freeza (let's face it, he's more like Freeza than his other donors). Freeza himself has variants in giant Freeza, Freeza designed by Ripley Scott, Mewtwo Freeza, Super Saiyan Freeza and Suicide Squad Freeza

Well they have an excuse for that. It’s cause he’s at least somewhat “charismatic” apparently.

Also here’s something that surprises me, there are actually people who prefer Frieza’s Linda Young voice.

Huh didn’t know some have a preference for Frieza sounding like a grandmother in serious need of a cough drop.

I can't explain it. Some people prefer the English Digimon opening. The world is a crazy place.

I mean, people say Frieza is overexposed too. You will find a fair number of them in this thread.
