They've also got Unresolved Sexual Tension with vitrolic female companions - Gohan's just further along in his character arc where said tension was resolved, while Cabba, well... huh.
Actually IIRC Caulifa kind of stopped giving a sh't about him after he taught her how to Super Saiyan.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!The fact that Papa Roach and Megazord both stayed in made this episode a real waste of time. This was a bad episode to try and hype Gohan with, and I'm not sure why we reaĺly needed U 3 to have another trump card after Megazord anyway.
I guess we'll see what Aniraza does. If he just eliminates some people and gets eliminated by Jiren, you could have just had Jiren eliminate those people after Megazord got ringed out.
By the way, Dragon Ball FighterZ dub footage is out and Goku Black once again sounds different. It was kind of hard to hear over the commentary but he sounds more like regular Goku. Also I don't think he's British anymore.
I'll repost this from the FighterZ thread:
In addition, Bandai/Namco recently did a live stream of the game
featuring Maximillian Dood, Rhymestyle, and Perfect Legend as guests.

The wives are an illusion...DB is already "that"...
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Well here's a new topic:
I agree that Cold just had no real purpose. I'm not totally sure about whether he was trying to deliberately shit on Tien, Yamcha and Chiaotzu (despite the fact that we all joke that he does deliberately shit on Yamcha). I think it is more likely that he just chose them randomly like he always did without really thinking about it. He needed someone to fill the role and chose the three of them.
The fact that the last power level ever shown in the series is the the same number as the first one seen is a nice touch (though I wonder why Trunks can even manipulate his Ki. I mean, the Androids can't sense it, so in that regard, it's actually a completely useless skill in his time, but considering what happens in Super, it's lucky he did learn it).
...That's it really.
One Strip! One Strip! What? What argument is there that Cold is shitting on the humans? Fusion must be on crack if he's arguing that.
Cold had a purpose, he was the reason Freeza survived (you could have Freeza be rescued by his men, but it makes more sense for someone who cares about him to do it) and shows a bit of his dynamic with Freeza. He also helps establish Trunks' power and has the scene where Trunks shows he isn't just all sword.
Like, you don't need him, but you gain nothing from excluding him so why do it? Even if you lose little, that's still losing something to gain literally nothing.
The only issue I see comes from people assuming he was supposed to be important after Freeza's arc is done.
It's not that Cold is shitting on the humans; it's that Toriyama specifically has Tien, Yamcha and Chiaotzu as the only ones (besides Vegeta) being suspicious of Trunks (when the narrative wants you to like him). Also with them being the last to notice Piccolo even though Vegeta has not been sensing Ki as long as they have. He admits he might be reading too much into it (and that the thing with Trunks was just him tossing the job to them without giving it much thought), but it's got nothing to do with Cold.
He does argue that Cold somewhat diminishes Frieza (if Frieza is the biggest dog in the yard, then what exactly is Cold? I do admit, it's not really made clear which of them is actually 100% in charge). Especially since Cold is weaker than Frieza, and he has no real role but to save Frieza's life and then be murdered by Trunks (I mean, Trunks is a Super Saiyan. Who's going to assume he's all sword besides the dude who knows jack about sensing ki?).
One Strip! One Strip!

Gohan and Cabba even have similar speech patterns...
